Can you trust reviews on www.bed-and-breakfast.it? We are so happy we found Ludus Rooms. The location was perfect for our one night in Rome. Our window looked out over the ruins Ludus Magnus and also had a view of the Colosseum. Close to metro and Green Line bus stops as well as taxi and regular bus stops. The surrounding restaurants are excellent and very convenient for late night dining. Our host met us when we arrived and also was very helpful in communicating with us ahead of our arrival. Highly recommend Ludus Rooms for anyone looking for a great price and great convenience when staying in Rome.

A super place to stay when visiting Trapani or the west coast of Sicily. A lovely appartment with a superb view over the harbour - convenient for visiting the Egadi Islands (the ferries leave from across the road). Very welcoming hosts who provide a lovely breakfast in the restaurant / wine shop on the ground floor. We would certainly visit again

Camera spaziosa con tutti i servizi, moderna ed efficiente. Tutto molto pulito. Buona la colazione con frutta fresca, yogurt, brioche, pane di segale e alle noci. Gentile il proprietario, disponibile nel dare consigli. Posizione proprio sul ponte in cima a Chiavenna. Ci torneremo.

The place was clean, charming, and quiet. It is 3-5 mins from the nearest metro station and the neighborhood feels safe. There are nearby stores for essentials and some eats.
There is free drinking water provided, as well as coffee*. The plated breakfast, which the host asked for our preference, was good and fresh. It was also tweaked a little bit every day. One morning we had sausage, the other prosciutto, with eggs, cheese and toast. There's also yogurt and some pastries.
Paula, the host was very personable and she suggested activities, places, etc.
Will definitely stay here again if ever we'll come back to Milan.

Funzionale, spazi interni ampi, ottime condizioni nella tenuta dei locali, il b&b Anna&Franco si è dimostrato struttura sicuramente capace di accogliere e soddisfare le esigenze.
La posizione leggermente defilata dal centro abitato non si ripercuote sulla facilità per raggiungerlo in pochissimo tempo in auto; in più offre il vantaggio di godere di tranquillità. Spazi verdi inclusi nella struttura curati.
La grande cortesia e disponibilità degli host Daniele e Vera aggiunge quel valore che rende il b&b sicuramente da preferire.

Simone and Michele are extremely friendly and very professional. The design of the property is excellent (almost everything designed and handmade by Michele). The breakfast was another surprise: everything homemade by Simone and extremely tasteful.

Très bel appartement divisé en plusieurs chambres avec une pièce de vie commune qui contient des éléments de cuisine, des tables et un balcon. Notre chambre était grande, le lit était super confortable et la salle de bain très agréable. Le logement est très bien situé, notamment grâce à l'ascenseur en bas de la rue qui permet de rejoindre la partie basse de la ville très facilement.
