Camera bella e pulita, comprensiva di condizionatore, TV e Wi-Fi. Bagno spazioso e completo di tutto. Il gestore è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ci ha dato consigli utili per i trasporti ed il soggiorno. La colazione non era prevista, ma ci ha fatto trovare uno snack e delle cialde per il caffè per una macchinetta all'ingresso.

The house was beautiful with everything you need in a quiet location at 5 minutes walk to the main square. Alice was super friendly explaining all the information about the city attractions and restaurants, highly recommended.

Struttura comoda, in buona posizione per gli spostamenti in città, pulizia ottima. Camera spaziosa e ben tenuta, bagno nuovo, gestore gentile e disponibile. Ottima la soluzione per il self check in. La struttura dispone di zona cottura e attrezzatura completa per la gestione autonoma della colazione (non inclusa ma il gestore mette gentilmente a disposizione caffè, the e tisane, macchina del caffè, bollitore, stoviglie ecc ...). Consigliato dato anche il rapporto qualità prezzo.. viale di Trastevere trafficato ma gli infissi nuovi isolano bene dal rumore e si riposa tranquillamente. Palazzina un po' datata ma pulita e silenziosa.

Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit heimeligen Zimmern. Die Inhaber waren stets sehr hilfsbereit, äusserst nett und freundlich - mit viel Herzblut wurde ich dort verwöhnt! Ich fühlte mich aufgenommen wie in der Familie. Es waren wunderschöne Tage dort! Vielen Dank.

Primopiano has it all ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is the B&B YOU want to be in when you visit Milan for a few days. The owner is super gentle, extremely available and accommodating. Ritorno volentieri in questa struttura per la posizione in mezzo alla campagna nel silenzio. Abbiamo un cane, accettato benissimo, e avere i prati intorno dove può correre è impagabile. Proprietari gentilissimi, Camera pulita e calda , colazione anche per intolleranti, bella struttura rustica nella tranquillità.

Titolare accogliente,gentile che si è messa subito a disposizione.Colazione abbondante.Ho alloggiato in altri b&b ma solo qui le camere vengono pulite tutti i giorni .Questa struttura l ho trovata grazie ad un'amica che me lo ha consigliato dal momento che cercavo disperatamente un b&b insieme ai miei genitori vicino al poloclinico e ho alloggiato per una settimana. NON solo economico ,vicino al policlinico ma vicino a tutto direi.Lo consiglio vivamente.Mi sono sentita a casa.Grazie di tutto .

Our stay here was perfect! The room was small, but very clean. The grounds of this place are really spectacular! The breakfast area was so relaxing, and the pool and hot tub were phenomenal. We spent an entire afternoon just relaxing in the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was amazing! The fresh-made ricotta served with honey was wonderful. We had an amazing dinner at Duomo (Michelin starred restaurant) and would highly recommend. It's pricey, but well worth it! Be careful when driving. Our GPS sent us right through the main town square and ZTL zone. We are expecting a ticket by mail. There is a way to go around, but we didn't know it at the time. I'd highly recommend staying here. We loved it!

This place is a gem! The room was clean with lots of character, comfortable bad, nice bathroom and we loved our stay. My favorite part our stay was having breakfast with our host Marco, eating his home made food and having delightful conversation. My wife and I have agreed that Marco's is the only place will stay at in Venezia going forward.
