Description

Il Paiolo Bed & Breakfast (in private villa) is situated in a strategic position, it is located within 10 minutes walk from the famous old town (full of shops and local), the lake promenade and the train station.

The 3 rooms are elegantly furnished and they are bright and welcoming.

They are also equipped with all comforts: private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, heating, LCD TV, hair dryer.

Guests have access to a large garden and a balcony.

They can also use fridge, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and toaster.

The breakfast will be offered at coffee shop at the end of the street, only 3 minutes walking.

Free wifi.

Free parking in the one way street.

From our structure can easily reach the most beautiful places on Lake Garda, its amusement parks (Gardaland, Safari Park, Movieland, Caneva), the nearby art cities (Verona and Mantua), or the beautiful botanical garden Sigurtà in Valeggio sul Mincio and Borghetto (included in the list of the most beautiful villages in Italy). You can also spend pleasant days at the nearby Terme di Sirmione or at the spa of Cola di Lazise.

No smoking B&B, It's possible to smoke only in the Terrasse or garden.

Silvia and the rest of the staff are great hosts. One of the best parts of the trip was heading back to Il Paiolo to rest, it was like going home.

The structure is very clean, very easy to reach by car to then leave it there and go to Desenzano in the center on a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes. Recommended for being in complete tranquility but close to the lake and the venues without needing to take the car!

I had a pleasant stay at this bed and breakfast. The place is welcoming and well-kept. Located in a convenient and quiet area from the center. The only downside is the parking, but that doesn't mean I would discourage it. The room and bathroom were very clean, the room bright and equipped with a TV and air conditioning. Kudos to the managers who were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to every need, making us feel at home. We will definitely return.

Nice and clean place with a wonderful balcony in full sunshine all day. A beautiful garden with sunbeds. Il Paolo is in a villa in a quiet area near the train station. The owner is nice and helpful. I really recommend this place when staying in Desenzano.

Excellent location, close to the center but in a quiet area. Mother and daughter are very kind and helpful. The only drawback is that I could not access the wi-fi (I do not know if it was due to my inability or because it was not active). The room was warm, the bathroom a little less but large and with a huge shower. Highly recommended.

Lovely place, halfway between the station and the front, very clean with a great bathroom. Very helpful family-run business in a quiet location (sometimes the dog next door kicked off). I only scored the breakfast 8 because it was in the cafe down the lane, not a great hardship as it became our local.

We have stayed twice at Il Paiolo with Signora Carla and her daughter. Il Paiolo B'nB is a small curated B&B, very clean and spacious, with big rooms with high ceilings and air conditioning, - and a really nice big bathroom. Il Paiolo is situated in a quiet residential district, but only a few minutes walking distance from the train station as well as the city center. There is a lovely garden and also a nice balcony. We love staying there for the personal service, cleanliness, and the great location. It is like staying in a real Italian home - thank you Signora Carla and Paola for a perfect stay this year. My husband and I had a short but wonderful stay. The room was really lovely, the cleanliness excellent! In a beautiful and well-kept garden, with beautiful flowers and plants. Mrs. Carla and her daughter were very kind and welcoming, they even gave us some plants! Breakfast was planned at a bar a few steps away. However, in the structure available to guests there is a coffee machine, a kettle, and a refrigerator. We will definitely come back!

Small but charming structure in an optimal location for those like us arriving by train. The structure is located 10 minutes on foot from the station and ten minutes from the historic center. Good stay, it's a pity that there was no breakfast, for us it was quite a hassle since to reach the rather close bar we had to walk at least one km.

Buongiorno, ci dispiace molto per il disagio della colazione anche se ci teniamo a precisare che è possibile includerla e che viene servita presso il bar vicino (dista solo 200 metri dal b&b non un km). In struttura mettiamo comunque a disposizione degli ospiti: macchina per il caffè, bollitore, frigorifero, microonde e tostapane. Inoltre all'atto della prenotazione sottolineiamo sempre che la nostra struttura offre la colazione al bar. Ci dispiace molto di non aver soddisfatto le vs aspettative anche se abbiamo cercato di rendere il vs soggiorno il più piacevole possibile, per esempio offrendovi gratuitamente un upgrade della camera (da matrimoniale a tripla). Comunque vi ringraziamo e ci impegneremo sicuramente per migliorare.

My mother and I felt really lucky to have stayed at Il Paiolo bed and breakfast in Desenzano del Garda because the host, Silvia, was so warm, welcoming, and helpful! She really took care of us to ensure we had a great visit to Lake Garda and maintains a clean, cute, and comfortable accommodation. We especially loved her dog, the balcony, beautiful yard, and great communication during the booking and confirmation stages. It was especially nice to have air conditioning in the room, as we visited during summer. Would highly recommend!

I stayed at the B&B Il Paiolo, on Tuesday night. We occupied 2 double rooms. The owner, Mrs. Silvia, is a lovely person, as well as her mother. The room was perfect, especially in terms of cleanliness. It's only a 10-minute walk to the center of Desenzano. If I were to come back to visit the town, I would try to find accommodation here again.

Fantastic structure, with a small garden and sun loungers to relax, quiet area away from traffic but a few minutes walk from the center of Desenzano. The room is cozy but equipped with every comfort and the owners Carla and Silvia are very kind, they allowed us to park the motorcycle inside the courtyard and suggested many great activities to do and places to visit. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hosts, close to the train station and the lake, about 10 minutes. Very clean and cozy room, cleaning every day. Only one thing to improve: there is a need for a small fridge in each room or one big fridge in the hallway. Currently, there is one small fridge for 3 rooms.

The structure is very close to the station and about 8 minutes from the center in a really quiet residential area; the room and the private bathroom are really cute and comfortable, cleanliness ten! Bright room, equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning, very comfortable bed; daily cleaning. Outside available, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, in short, all comforts. The owner is really very kind and always available, perfect stay. Thank you.

I stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast with my boyfriend for 3 nights. We immediately noticed a rare availability and kindness from Mrs. Silvia and her mother. They didn't let us miss anything, the room is spacious and clean with an equally large bathroom, equipped with every possible comfort for a relaxing holiday; on hot days like these, the air conditioning was a godsend! Outside the room, there is also a fridge with drinks and a coffee machine available. The residential area guarantees a quiet rest, still close to the center of Desenzano; it's just a few minutes' walk. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon! A hug.

The lady who runs the B&B is very kind and helpful, top cleanliness, air conditioning in the room, large bathroom with bathtub and double sink. Just pay attention to the location, although convenient, you have to climb a hill to get there.

New and tastefully decorated room (ours was the lavender double) with a finished bathroom equipped with a shower. Small table inside the room for having breakfast where it is not possible to have it on the terrace. Location is just 10 minutes walk from the center, in a residential and quiet area. Possibility to use the B&B's bicycles, with which we arrived in Sirmione in a pleasant ride. Good and plentiful breakfast with homemade sweets by Mrs. Silvia's mother. Mrs. Silvia and her mother are kind, helpful, and very polite. Nothing negative to say, perhaps just a small suggestion to provide some bathroom product samples. Excellent value for money. I absolutely recommend the property and hope to return.

Great Bed and Breakfast located in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery, near the center of Desenzano and not far from the lake shores. Although our stay was short, we could appreciate the care of the hosts, the abundant breakfast, and the relaxing atmosphere of the location. I highly recommend it! Only downside: the lack of Wi-Fi connection, which could be limiting in some cases but beneficial in others.

We were guests at Il Paiolo for the Granfondo di Ciclismo Colnago. Perfect welcome and hospitality. The area is very calm, surrounded by greenery, just a 10-minute walk from the center; once there, you can forget about your car. All our requests were met: keeping the bikes in the garage, a very rich and varied breakfast (sweet and savory), served at 5:30 am as per our request. Il Paiolo B&B is ideal for those who want to enjoy Desenzano del Garda. It is located in a quiet place, with parking, very close to the train station and the city center, which can be easily reached on foot. The owners, Silvia and Carla, are fantastic: kind and helpful. They immediately make you feel comfortable and provide a lot of information on how to get around, where to eat, and what to visit. The rooms are beautiful, intimate, bright, clean, quiet, and nothing is missing. Breakfast is rich and well organized to meet every need. They serve homemade cakes and fresh, warm brioches. There is also a small balcony with tables and chairs for breakfast outdoors, but you can also have it in your room. I absolutely recommend this place. I will definitely come back.

At Il Paiolo, you can breathe the true family welcome of a B&B, homemade cakes, impeccable cleanliness, and attention to the guest with the right advice on where to eat and what to do in the area.
