Description

"Verdepoesia" is located in the heart of the historic center, a short distance from the Cathedral of Chioggia. This structure has been completely renovated in 2022, but dates back to the 1600s and is a typical popular house called "terra cielo", characterized by a vertical development like most homes in Chioggia. Each floor houses a room with a private bathroom. The house spans four floors and on the first floor there is a fully equipped communal kitchen, where guests can prepare their own breakfast. Additionally, there is a convenient space for bicycles on the ground floor.

The owner is a great lover of poetry and the structure is enriched with photographic works and short poems, displayed as paintings and photo frames, creating a relaxing atmosphere for a peaceful stay in the historic center. The location is strategic for reaching the beach of Sottomarina, just one kilometer away, and the bus stop for Venice, Padua, and other art cities is only a few meters away. Furthermore, Venice can also be reached by ferry, with a pleasant ten-minute walk.
