Kobel Rooms is located in Canove, a hamlet of Roana, an area full of pastures, woods and paths.

From the garden of our Kobel Rooms there is direct access to the cycle/pedestrian path that leads to Asiago and offers the possibility of taking long walks on flat terrain.

Within a radius of 300 meters from the structure, you will find all the services offered by the small town and a short distance from an indoor swimming pool, sports facilities and slopes for winter sports.

The internal rooms are very welcoming, furnished in a Nordic style with wooden floors and handmade furnishing elements, quiet rooms, free Wi-Fi, common area equipped for preparing self service breakfast (we offer everything you need for a simple Italian breakfast).

There are 3 rooms available:
double bedroom with private internal bathroom.

Since October 2023 we have changed the type of management, we are no longer B&B but Guest Houses.

The room rate includes everything you need to independently prepare a simple Italian breakfast, consisting of espresso coffee pods, milk, rusks, biscuits, tea, herbal teas, jam, butter, milk jug, cereals.

The kitchen is equipped with an espresso coffee machine, toaster, small induction hob for baby food, kettle, milk frother for cappuccinos, citrus juicer, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher.

The guest can purchase everything needed to supplement breakfast in the village.

Crockery is also available for eating a simple meal at home, such as cold dishes, salads, sandwiches or heating ready-made food in the microwave.

Only for mothers of newborns, a small induction plate and a saucepan suitable for preparing baby food are available.

In order to guarantee thorough cleaning of the dishes in use, it is not permitted to wash plates, cutlery, glasses by hand, it is recommended to place everything in the dishwasher, we personally take care of starting the machine when necessary.

The BnB is located in the center of the hamlet of Canove along the pedestrian walkway of the train, just 3 km from the center of Asiago, reachable also with a path with night lighting lighting. A 300-meter indoor pool with wellness center and Museum of the Great War. About 3 km of sports and recreational area of Kaberlaba (village of Gnomes and winter slopes). Acropark of Roana and Asiago about 10 minutes drive;
Cross-country skiing systems Campolongo (Verena) and Campomulo (Melette di Gallio) are 20 minutes drive away.
The Places of the Great War: The strong Corbin, Verena, Interrupted, Campolongo, Lisser and the sacred areas of the Cengio and the Ortigara are all easily reachable by car trips from 20 to 40 minutes.
Numerous hiking, Nordic walking and mountain biking trails on the 500 km of old military roads in the forests and pasture pastures. The plateau is a unicum in the Alpine landscape due to its microclimate due to its particular geological configuration: a very dry karst table with no hydrogeological disruption phenomena particularly suitable for the stay of families and sports practitioners in a context of sweet mobility immersed in culture And in local traditions.

The structure is clean, beautiful and well maintained. The room was very spacious and well cared for in detail. The outside space is useful for relaxation and can also be used to eat something. The only thing that I think they could improve is the breakfast, maybe by adding cakes or packaged croissants, perhaps for the little ones. I absolutely recommend it.

A beautiful mini vacation, hosted by Patrizia and Stefano, always available and present. The room we stayed in was very bright and well furnished, in full mountain style, very clean and taken care of in detail! The location of the structure is convenient to any service and overlooks the Asiago/Tresche cycle path. The breakfast was also excellent and the possibility of using the common areas for any personal needs. We hope to stay again in your structure. You deserve it! Regards.

It was also very nice and relaxing to be welcomed to the Kobel Rooms this year. The owners are very kind and helpful, paying close attention to guests' needs. I also enjoyed being able to manage breakfast on my own. I highly recommend.

Nice accommodation in a quiet and well-served area of the village. The room and the rest of the common areas of the apartment, furnished with excellent taste, are very clean and equipped with all possible comforts. The basic breakfast is good: every guest finds everything needed to have it in peace and autonomy. Completing the set is a large garden, equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, and a barbecue, with large trees and many flowers. The owners are very kind, a special thanks to Mrs. Patrizia.

Great guesthouse just steps from Asiago! Patrizia welcomed us warmly and with great courtesy, super cozy and comfortable room, excellent cleanliness! Enchanting location, you can take beautiful walks in the surroundings, also a few meters away you can find all the necessary services (bar, bakery, newsstand, grocery store, etc.). Being a guesthouse, breakfast is not provided, but there is a small kitchen where you can find everything you need to eat something (coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk, biscuits, rusks, jam, etc.). Recommended!

We stayed in November, two families with small children, the rooms are comfortable and quiet with excellent heating, the small kitchen is very practical and the living room with a bowindow overlooking the garden is a gem. Highly recommended.

The owners are very kind and overly helpful, I hope to have other occasions to visit them. Even though breakfast is not included, there is the possibility to have a coffee. Optimal cleanliness, rooms equipped with all comforts and accessories (linen, hairdryer, necessary for personal hygiene). I recommend it to everyone also in terms of quality-price ratio.

I have stayed several times at this Bed and Breakfast and I have always found it magnificent. Beautiful and clean rooms, managers always ready to answer any question or request. Varied and delicious breakfast, a pity that it's no longer available. However, I consider it the best among those on the plateau.

Non potendo togliere i letti🤪 ho tolto le colazioni🤭. Cmq ci siamo ancora e stiamo allestendo una zona self service per caffè, thè, tisane...il resto si può prendere nei vicini locali del paese. The location of Kobel Rooms is strategically convenient for excursions throughout the Asiago plateau. Mrs. Patrizia and her husband, owners of the place, are very kind and good company without being intrusive, as well as extremely professional. The place is very welcoming and has a cozy, cool and well-kept outdoor garden. The breakfast is really excellent. The experience was very positive, both in terms of the common areas and the room and bathroom. Really well done.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast managed in an exemplary manner. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with so much wood that it almost seems like a chalet. Patrizia then takes care of the details with Teutonic precision, leaving nothing to chance. Well done!

I stayed at this property for 3 nights at the beginning of August, as a couple, and we had a great time. Excellent location to explore the entire plateau and very close to Asiago, you can also walk there with a nice walk or 5 minutes by car. The lady is very friendly and helpful both with requests for breakfast and with tips for itineraries and places to eat. The room and bathroom always clean. I would say it is an excellent base for staying in the plateau.

It was a truly pleasant experience, especially for the managers of this lovely B&B. Excellent free parking. Quiet location even though relatively central: it is located along the "ex-Ferrovia" cycle path. Strategic therefore for bike tours which were the purpose of our stay.

Wonderful experience, a stay made wonderful by the availability and friendliness of the managers as well as by the truly exceptional breakfast, abundant, prepared with care and with always fresh products, not to mention the fact that what is not consumed can be taken away for a snack during a walk or a nice e-bike ride. Storage available for e-bikes, a service we greatly appreciated.

Warm and spontaneous welcome that immediately makes you feel at home. Strategic location due to the proximity to the center of Canove, without the disturbance of car traffic, and for the very pleasant walk on the former railway track, now a cycle and pedestrian path that, passing right in front of the entrance, leads to the center of Asiago and connects the municipalities of the plateau. Wonderful property, located in a quiet area slightly outside but at the same time very convenient to the center of Asiago. The location is very beautiful, well-kept, and very clean. My job has been to travel and review hotels, inns, B&Bs, and farmhouses for years. Kobel Rooms is an excellent establishment, run with love and spontaneity. Ideal location for cyclists, right on the cycle path of the Old Railway. Superb breakfast, sweet and savory, quality products. Simply unforgettable are the dried chickpeas and the steaming coffee makers on the old kitchen stove. A must try!

I loved our stay at Kobel Rooms. In fact, this is the absolute friendliest host I've ever had the opportunity to enjoy. We asked about local places to eat and were delightfully surprised at what our host offered. Our first lunch encounter was the perfect mix of playground for our 2-year-old daughter and healthy portions of yummy meat right off the grill. But if you want to eat, you better make sure to book early. Next up, we had a lovely dinner at an off-the-beaten-path restaurant you'd never find unless you were a local. The food far exceeded our expectations. The quality-to-price ratio was also perfect for almost any pocketbook. If you're in town, ask about "The Baitina." Our host was also willing to answer any and all our questions. It felt like we were right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Oh, and the beds are some of the most comfy you're going to find.

Strategic location for those who love hiking in the mountains or cycling in MTB. Just outside the property there is no need to get back in the car because you can directly access the old railway path. And what about the courtesy sandwich? Beautiful! The mountain, as you know, stimulates the appetite and finding the sandwich ready with quality cold cuts and local cheese is a delight that is enjoyed at the right moment. And all this after a very varied choice of breakfast that is even more appreciated while delighting in the mountain view. With the discreet, yet attentive and friendly company of Patrizia. Beautiful and cozy place and structure. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owners in a very kind manner and with a nice hot tea and accommodation in a double room. The B&B is very well taken care of in the details, there is a lot of wood, warmth, and fragrance, beautiful the small sitting room heated by an old wood stove with the possibility to read a book from the on-site library. Patrizia, the owner, provides excellent information on where to eat and what to visit in the plateau. We will definitely come back.

The structure is beautiful, well-kept, welcoming, and warm.\n\nThe managers are exquisite and sunny people, they make you feel at home, pampered. The B&B is definitely worth a try if you're in the area and a valid alternative to a hotel.\n\nMy partner and I, along with our little dog, were treated like family with great professionalism by Mrs. Patrizia and her husband.\n\nWe were lucky to have breakfast with the snow falling in the background, but considering the B&B's location, it must be spectacular even in the summer as it is close to the meadows; it is not isolated, the main road to Asiago is nearby.\n\nA few meters from the B&B, the cycling/pedestrian path begins for both Asiago and Treschè Conca.\n\nWarm and welcoming room, excellent breakfast.

We are a young couple. We highly recommend this property to nature and animal lovers, you will feel at home both for the structure that gives a great feeling of warmth and for the owners. We had the opportunity to interact with Patrizia, the owner, who is truly a kind and helpful person. Dogs are welcome, in fact, we stayed there with our little dog and had no problems, on the contrary, we were greeted in a festive manner. The owners also have a very good and beautiful dog that socializes willingly with other dogs without any difficulty. The room and bathroom are very clean and with attention to details. A place where we will definitely return.
