Description
The B&B is situated in the quiet position, on the panoramic hills, it's friged lot of fruiters and olive-groves. We are located in favourite position to visit the other interesting little town Umbrian region, because the bed and breakfast is near way in and way out the main road E45. Inside our villa we offer a sweet and panoramic apartment with indipendent main door and there is a large balcony where you can suntan or relax yourself.
THREE METRES OVER THE SKY IS SITUATED:
- at 10 minutes from the historical center of Perugia
- at 15 minutes from the Trasimeno lake (20 km. Assisi, 30 km. Todi, 40 km. Gubbio and Bevagna)
- near Corciano (4 km.), this magical medieval Umbrian town (listed as one of the most beautiful hamlets in Italy)
- a few minutes away by car one can find tennis courts, golf, horse back riding, swimming pools, restaurantes and pizzerie, shopping centers
- bus connection to the center of Perugia.

THE PRICE INCLUDES: a big breakfast, where you can find all tipical italian product like: tipical cake, cereals, marmelade, chocolate, milk, tea, snack, yogurt, biscuit, fresh water with gas, coffe expresso and without coffeine with coffe machine with Perugina's wafer, fruit juice, hard=boiled etc.., the food are always disposal of you in the night and in the day. The price includes also the linen for bedrooms and linen for bathroom, the heating, the cleaning daily of all structure. I clean oneself, and the linen for bedrooms and bethroom we change each 4 days.

Very welcoming structure with three bedrooms, enchanting location with a panoramic view of Perugia and many other towns. Extremely tidy, very clean and fragrant rooms. Abundant and spectacular breakfast. Very welcoming especially the lady who welcomed us. Definitely worth returning.

I stayed at this B&B over a weekend. Fantastic experience thanks to the courtesy and kindness of the managers of this splendid structure. The excellent cleanliness of the premises is highlighted as well as the very rich assortment offered for breakfast (exceptional pastries baked daily by Simona!). In short, everything is fantastic. To come back!

The guest is exquisite, discreet but always attentive to the needs of the customers. Impeccable and punctual cleaning. The dining area is super stocked and accessible at all hours of the day and night. A special mention to the cakes of the Hostess, excellent. Quiet location, easily reachable and above all safe, with ample parking in front of the property. Comfortable and cozy bed, rooms equipped with all comforts, welcoming and functional. Feels like being in the family!

One of the best accommodation facilities in Italy that we have ever experienced! Excellent in everything. Even our 3-year-old daughter enjoyed it and asked us to come back! We will definitely return soon. The owners are splendid in management and in terms of values. Thank you.

To say 'Exceptional' is an understatement. Fantastic! Friendliness, availability, sympathy, courtesy, cleanliness, breakfast at any time, professional service are more than one could expect. My wife and I felt at home. Simona makes delicious desserts. The place is very nice, close to a road junction from which you can go in any direction. No, I couldn't find anything better.

One of the best Bed and Breakfasts we have ever visited. It is the best Bed and Breakfast where we had the pleasure to stay. Extraordinary cleanliness, excellent service. Simona and Massimiliano truly unique, kind, and friendly. They made us feel like family. And what about breakfast. Very abundant with quality products and homemade sweets, especially the goodness of Simona's cakes that she prepares with passion. Located in a prestigious residential area, quiet with a beautiful view from where it is easy to reach all the destinations to visit in the area. A Bed and Breakfast that I would highly recommend to a relative or friend, managed by two fantastic people.

Sono stata ospite in questo B&B in un periodo di feste da sola.
Ma all'arrivo sono stata accolta da Simona come una di famiglia..gentilezza e cortesia in tutto.
Posto vicino al centro molto comodo, rilassante, tranquillo.
Ti sposti con facilità in tutta Perugia.
Camera calda, pulitissima, bagno impeccabile, colazione super abbondante con un tocco in più da Simona che aggiunge dolci fatti in casa. Caffè sempre a disposizione come dolci e frutta e tutto ciò che è nella prima colazione! Qualità e prezzo? Per me qualità eccellente.
Il prezzo è inferiore a tutto ciò che offre Tre metri sopra il cielo!Consiglio vivamente di andare a soggiornare in questo B&B.

Ho fatto un viaggio da Cesena a Roma a piedi con altre 3 persone. Questo è stato l'alloggio più economico e allo stesso tempo il migliore come servizio che abbiamo trovato. Colazione enorme e disponibile tutto il giorno!

Io e mio Marito abbiamo viaggiato molto e visto molti B&B ma questo li ha superati tutti. I proprietari sono deliziosi, bravissime persone davvero. La pulizia è impeccabile e la colazione ottima e, cosa mai vista altrove, disponibile tutto il giorno! Dolci fatti in casa, cose confezionate, yogurt cereali, Nutella e chi più ne ha più ne metta; caffè, the, latte, microonde, e l'acqua? A disposizione il distributore tutto il giorno anche frizzante e fredda! Riscaldamento e servizi da 10 e lode. Consigliato a tutti anche a famiglie con bambini. Noi torneremo di sicuro, grazie.

Appena rientrati dopo 6 giorni.
Non posso far altro che riconfermare tutto quello che è già stato scritto.
Ottima posizione comoda come base per visitare l'Umbria.
È stata la nostra prima esperienza con un B&B, non ci saremmo mai aspettati di trovare un ambiente così bello, la pulizia regna sovrana, la colazione in realtà è molto riduttiva considerarla tale, ogni ben di dio era presente dalle torte di Simona che ogni giorno erano almeno di due tipi diversi e spesso pure la torta al testo, alle pastine, merendine, burro, marmellate, cioccolata, biscotti, pavesini, ringo e altro che al momento mi sfugge, alla frutta fresca in abbondanza e di diverso tipo, alle bevande come the, caffè, orzo camomilla, latte yogurt, succhi di frutta. E se solo si pensava qualcosa lo si poteva trovare, nel frigo sempre rifornito oltre ad acqua naturale e frizzante, succhi di frutta insomma credo che di più non ci potevamo immaginare di trovarlo.
Ogni mattina il buon giorno ci veniva dato con un bel bacetto sulla tazza della colazione.
Poi, non ultimo la squisita ospitalità di Simona e Massimo che ogni sera due chiacchiere non ce le facevano mai mancare con consigli sulle varie mete e impressioni su quanto da noi visitato.
Due parole anche sulla famigliola per le due bambine bellissime.
Cari speriamo di rivederci presto e vi aspettiamo a Bologna.

Non ripeto quello che hanno detto Margherita e Daniele, che ho conosciuto anche se per poco, sono pienamente d'accordo con loro. È stato un soggiorno bellissimo per tutto. "Come a casa"..Meglio! un angolo di paradiso dove rientrare felici per momenti romantici sulla splendida terrazza panoramica, coccolati da ogni comfort anche"gustativo", gnamgnam le torte di Simona: -) Passione sensibilità entusiasmo: le vedi immediatamente in ogni aspetto del B&B ma soprattutto le "senti a pelle", perché bastano poche parole di Simona, il suo sguardo per capire che ti trovi in una reggia "alla mano". Splendida villetta mansardata, con camere con parquet, bagni nuovi e pulizia eccezionale. Che dire della signora Simona (e consorte), semplicemente squisita, per accoglienza, per cortesia, per premura! Per non parlare dei suoi dolci che arricchiscono di genuinità e delizia, una tavola già abbastanza imbandita! Poi c'è tanto di quel verde che non ti stanchi mai di ammirare le colline che ti circondano, cosicché il terrazzino della mansarda diventa uno splendido osservatorio naturalistico e, se volete, stellare!
P.S.: la vicina superstrada collega perfettamente tutto il circondario turistico. Comoda.

Solo una parola: perfetto.
A partire dalle camera che viene rifatta ogni giorno, pulizie impeccabili e spazi comodi. Ma la cosa migliore è il cibo! Sarà anche un B&B ma non mancano mai dolci fatti in casa e le torte salate che Simona (la proprietaria) prepara e restano a disposizione giorno e notte! Ho girato diversi B&B in Italia e all'estero, sinceramente questo è stato uno dei posti migliori in cui ho soggiornato.

La mia esperienza in questo incantevole appartamento insieme alla mia compagna ha segnato, ed unito ancora di più, le nostre vite. Nessun problema di parcheggio, soprattutto per le moto. Il personale sorridente ed accogliente. Le camere arredate con gusto e che dire degli stupendi dolci per colazione e per merenda, da leccarsi i baffi e, non per ultimo, il cavallo di battaglia, la grande pulizia ed igiene che regna in tutta casa. Un grazie grande per la dedizione avuta da parte della signora Simona e consorte per aver contribuito a farci trovare quella serenità e tranquillità che ognuno di noi dovrebbe trovare ogni tanto.
