The almost central location and the tranquility guaranteed by the surrounding green spaces make this accommodation unique, very close to the historic center (1. 5 km from the splendid Abbey of S. Pietro, 5 minutes from the bus terminal at Piazza Partigiani and the escalators leading to Piazza Italia) and a stone's throw from shops and services.

The HOSTS (an Italian teacher for foreigners and a doctor) will be present to help in case of need, but always with full respect for guests' privacy and schedules. They speak fluent English and German and some French; they are passionate about nature and tourism and can help and advise you in organizing your tourist itineraries. At the time of booking, you will receive a file with tourist information about Perugia and Umbria.

Double room with Loft: DOUBLE BEDROOM (140 X 200) and LOFT with 2 SINGLE BEDS, AIR CONDITIONING, private external bathroom (in front of the room door).

LE ROSE (4 PEOPLE) :
Large and bright kitchen overlooking the private garden in a secluded position within the park; outdoor dining table, sun loungers, and barbecue; double bedroom, elegant living room with fireplace, sofa bed for 2 people and wardrobe; large bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin.

IL MELOGRANO (6 PEOPLE) :
Elegant apartment with two bedrooms (one double and one twin), large and bright living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen; exclusive veranda with sink, stove, and barbecue for outdoor cooking.

I LECCI (2 PEOPLE + 2 CHILDREN) :
Studio on the ground floor, with private garden: elegant and cozy. Double bed (140 x 200 cm) and bunk bed (90 x 200 cm), kitchen/dining area, bathroom with large emotional shower.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
We are on the outskirts of the city, in an exclusive and quiet residential area, connected by bus and close to all services and shops. At 1. 2 km, turning right out of the gate, you will find numerous services including a supermarket open on Sunday mornings, a restaurant-pizzeria, pharmacy, bar/tobacco/newspapers/fax service, etc. At 600 meters, turning left out of the gate, there is a small grocery store and an excellent butcher on the left. Naturasì is located at 1. 6 km on via della Pallotta, for organic and gluten-free products.
