Easily accessible structure coming from the north. Convenient to visit Terni and surroundings: archaeological site, Marmore waterfalls, lake... The room was furnished in a simple yet pleasant way. In our room, the bathroom was new. Personally, I found the breakfast a bit neglected and not very rich.

Welcomed by the smile of Mrs. Maria Luisa (mother of the B&B owner Mrs. Carla), we understood that we would be well and so it was. Clean and cozy room, abundant breakfast with homemade pies excellent the one with ricotta, pistachios, and lemon, the latest creation of Mrs. Carla, too bad I was embarrassed to ask for the recipe! The only thing missing is the bedside lamps, however, I had my kindle for reading. Thank you for everything, Nazzarena and Tonino from Ascoli Piceno.

Un soggiorno, seppur breve, veramente delizioso.. Proprio come i ciambelloni e le crostate della signora, peraltro simpatica e alla mano. Qui abbiamo trovato cortesia, disponibilità, pulizia (cosa fondamentale!) e totale tranquillità. La zona è appena in periferia di Terni, il cui centro è a 15' di autobus, peraltro con fermata vicinissima, per chi non fosse automunito ma, comunque, la zona è fornitissima: vicinissimi sono una comoda pizzeria, diversi bar, un supermercato, la chiesa (praticamente di fronte!).. Rapporto qualità-prezzo veramente ottimo! L'unico piccolo neo è stato a volte dover attendere un po' prima che uscisse l'acqua calda dal rubinetto (in ogni caso, non più di 5').

Forse perché amo le cose semplici della vita, e stando qui ritrovo l'atmosfera di casa mia, e ciò è importante per me, quando lascio la mia casa.

Vicinissima sia a Terni sia a Sangemini, pulita, colazione abbondante e a richiesta ancora di più. Unico punto debole la stretta via di accesso alla struttura, peraltro vicinissima alla strada principale.
