Description
Novella House is a welcoming structure that is on the ground floor and first floor, with 6 rooms, all with private bathroom, with ceiling frescoes of an eighteenth century building, with elevator. Located a few steps from Piazza Santa Maria Novella and from the homonymous pharmaceutical workshop. In a strategic position, 300m from the train station and the Santa Maria Novella bus, 500mt from the Duomo and Piazza della Repubblica, the structure allows to have very closer all the artistic, cultural and entertainment of the old town. It allows you to reach in a few minutes walk to the most famous monuments and museums: Palazzo Vecchio, the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace, and many others.

Each room has a coffee maker, mini-fridge, kettle and hairdryer.

The Novella House also offers several private apartments in the old town, with a washing machine, ace and iron, hair dryer and kitchen with all the necessary tools that can accommodate from 2 up to 9 people.

In our house we do not serve breakfast (dell'affittacamere Regulation), but each room is equipped with espresso machine, electric kettle and a mini-fridge. Inside the room you will find a complimentary basket with tea, coffee, biscuits, toast, jam, Nutella, fruit juices, honey etc. to give you a chance to make a little breakfast directly in the room.

Structure in the center of Florence, very comfortable and welcoming, very spacious, ventilated, equipped with a garden and well maintained. The owner is a nice, helpful, and very courteous person. Highly recommended structure.

All good, I would like to make a note about the assigned apartment, comfortable, clean, quiet, but not in line with the photos published. It had not been aired out, a bit old. The new bathroom appears renovated, modern, and warm. Perfect management. Available and present.

Structure in an excellent location. Elegant historic residence inside is welcoming and well laid out. Management staff extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful. The kitchen environment neglected in cleanliness and supply for the cleaning itself. Breakfast supply valid only for one day, then you have to go shopping. Unfortunately, the street (although central) is neglected.

Very nice and spacious room, beautiful frescoed ceiling. Comfortable and large bed, only negative was the two separate mattresses in the double bed, it felt like sleeping separately.

Very central location just steps away from Santa Maria Novella. 5 minutes walk from the station. Well-kept and tidy, large, clean, comfortable room, bathroom with a small window overlooking a courtyard. Frescoed walls and furnishings that evoke past splendors. The managers are very friendly and helpful guys. Upon our request, they recommended a nearby restaurant, frequented by Florentines, where we ate very well. They have an agreement with a garage 300 meters away. It was a very pleasant stay. Breakfast is not served, but in the room, there is a basket with pods, snacks, cookies, nutella, various jams, a fridge with fruit juices and water, and a kettle for tea and a coffee machine for pods!

Very kind and helpful reception. The structure is close to the station and all points of interest. It is a bit old, but this is perfectly consistent with the excellent value for money.

I just left the property, my boyfriend and I had a great time and were hosted very well. The property is very close to all the places to visit, easily reachable on foot. Great value for money. Cleanliness and courtesy. I hope to come back and that others can take advantage of this B&B.

Great location, if you reach Florence by train. Francesco, the owner, is a kind and helpful guy. Breakfast to manage in the room, a kettle for water, an exaggerated moka for coffee, a kitchen with stovetop and microwave, a basket with toast, jam, honey, etc. to prepare your breakfast freely. Spacious room. Perfect stay, highly recommended structure.
