B&B Alla Meria is located on a cool hill, 400 meters above sea level, between Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, in the village of Tirli surrounded by the charming Mediterranean scrub.

It enjoys a strategic position as it is only 9 km from the most beautiful beach in the area, the famous Cala Violina, which has been awarded several times as the second best beach in Italy and is immersed in a natural park of invaluable value.

At 10 km there is the beach of Punta Ala's pine forest, called Civinini, an unspoiled pine forest that stretches for 3 km of coastline.

To reach Rocchette and Roccamare, other famous beaches in the area, the distance to travel will be about 12-14 km, as well as to reach the town of Castiglione della Pescaia and admire its castle and its very suggestive medieval village.

The characteristic that has distinguished us for 15 years is the quality-price ratio, for us the really important thing is that our guests can enjoy, at affordable prices, all the beauty of our Maremma for as long as possible.

We are also close to thermal resorts, Saturnia, or to villages of particular beauty such as Pitigliano, San Gimignano, Pienza and important art cities such as Siena and Florence.

All of this can be reached in a maximum of an hour and a half.

Tirli is a small hillside village with a view of the distant coast. Children play in the streets and everyone knows each other. A step back in time. Andrea is helpful, brisk but welcoming, like all the people in the area. The rooms are clean and from midnight onwards there is a beautiful silence. Surrounded by restaurants. The structure itself is dated, there is wifi but honestly never used so I don't know if it works or not, because with everything around I didn't feel the need. Antonino in the morning with a couple of jokes always made me feel at home. Great memories of this place.

We only stayed one night. The room was cozy and nice. Small but functional bathroom. The B&B overall is very nice, located in the center of a small hilltop village. For those who want a corner of peace, yet still close to the sea and the coast. For breakfast, the manager relies on the nearby bar. Recommendable.

Tirli is a magical village, my partner and I spent 5 wonderful days in July in super relaxation. The inhabitants of the small village are all very welcoming and kind, the air is fresh and in 10 minutes you can reach one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, Calaviolona. The B&B manager Andrea is a very helpful and friendly guy, with his partner they welcome you in the best way, like being with family! We will definitely come back, even just to greet the many wonderful people we have met. For those looking for sea, relaxation, authenticity, fresh air, and good food, I highly recommend it.

We stayed as a couple last year and left a piece of our hearts there. A beautiful structure because it is typical of the little village that hosts it, away from the chaos of Castiglione which is still reachable in 10/15 minutes. The B&B Alla Meria is clean and has everything you need, the manager has always been kind and helpful. The opportunity for a chat and a few laughs was never lacking without ever being intrusive or rude. We discovered fabulous places thanks to his directions and 15 days were not enough to see them all! We will also return this year, to recover that little piece of heart left in Tirli, or to leave another piece down there.

Nice place, very cozy in the Borgo di Tirli a few kilometers from the sea, easy to reach, cool climate even in the hot period, sleeping is a pleasure! The managers are down to earth, it feels like being with family! I definitely recommend it.

A good location with a great bar nearby for breakfast and many restaurants. The rooms are cozy, but the bathroom sink is too small. Remarkable kindness and availability of the manager who welcomed us and our dogs very willingly.

I stayed at this B&B for a few nights, the village is beautiful and waking up among the green hills is priceless. Kind owners and breakfast with cappuccino and freshly baked croissants in the morning. The room is not very large, but really nice because it is well taken care of in the details, colors, and very clean. I would go back.

The managers of B&B Alla Meria are very nice. The structure is very nice and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and the restrooms are very clean. Unfortunately, the breakfast is good but really scarce. Overall, a good experience.
