For guests who have chosen the half board option, in the evening we have a special dish: a 3-course menu of your choice, which includes a rich salad buffet, typical Tyrolean, Mediterranean and international dishes, vegetarian, dietetic and gluten-free delicacies, and special creations by Oswald. We are also ready to recommend excellent wines to accompany our chef's delights. To spoil you even more, once a week we offer a themed evening: candlelit dinner, barbecue or törggelen menu, depending on the season and weather.

Ossi, the head chef, hails from Riscone and has gained experience in various parts of Europe such as Salzburg, Hamburg, Vienna, Venice, Luxembourg, and Alto Adige. In Merano, he found his Sabine, a native of Nauders in Austria, whose heart beats for family and making guests feel at home at Prack.
With great love, imagination, and simplicity, they create exquisite dishes with an Italian, Alto Adige, and Tyrolean touch. Daniel, the eldest, is very practical while Simon is the creative one. They have already made some friends among the guests of Prack who always return with great pleasure to this family atmosphere.

The structure is well-kept and clean and is in a strategic position (a few meters away is the bus stop that connects Riscone with Brunico and the ski lift to Plan de Corones). Our room is spacious and with a balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains. The staff is very kind and always very helpful. The food is varied and delicious. A special thanks to Mrs. Sabine (who welcomed us late in the evening) and to Cristine who provided us with all the useful information for our stay and pampered us throughout our stay.
