Villa Licari Stagnone is a single independent structure, recently restored (2021) which is spread over one floor and is divided internally into:
- Four independent chambers;
- Large equipped common kitchen, with kitchenette and breakfast preparation corner (exclusive use of the structure);
- Very spacious veranda, furnished with panoramic views and a second terrace on the first floor ideal for admiring the sunsets over the Stagnone.

The 4 rooms with a refined and functional design to meet the needs of short or medium stay travelers, take their name from some winds known to blow between the islands of the Stagnone (Maestrale, Tramontana, Scirocco, Levante).

Each room has:
- 1 double bed with sommier or alternatively 2 single beds with sommier equipped with pillowcases, sheets, duvet;
- Private bathroom in the room with spacious shower, toilet, bidet
(hair dryer + complimentary toiletries);
- Italian breakfast with local products;

Breakfast, included in the price, is provided daily from 8: 30 am to 11: 00 am and in full compliance with the new national and regional rules / regulations in reference to the health and hygiene provisions and obligations in force.

From Villa Licari Stagnone it is possible to visit the entire village of Birgi Vecchi on foot and walking through the small streets it will be possible to reach the sea in less than 2 minutes on foot;
