Description

The new building consists of five rooms on the ground floor (one quad, two doubles and two triples) is located in the residential area of San Vito Lo Capo.

It is only 50 mt from the bus stop that connects the center and the beach with free service every 15 minutes.

The rooms are spacious and bright with all the comforts (air conditioning, mini fridge, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, satellite TV, hi - fi, desk with chair Suitcase table, wardrobe with mirror) in more every room has its relevance to a large veranda.

At disposal of our Guests the property features a garden and a solarium.

Close to the property there are two parking lots, one private indoor and one outdoor communal free.

Gaspare and his family: delicious, attentive, caring, clean rooms and a wonderful breakfast with his mom's sweets in the spotlight. I highly recommend it.

What can I say! New and very nice structure! Nothing is missing to spend a relaxing and healthy stay. Welcome, attention to the smallest details, cleanliness, silence, and ideal location near the center and the sea away from the confusion! Gaspare is fantastic! Available, always present, whatever you think you need, he's already ready! Mom and dad there to support him and help him. Each with their role and always smiling! Finally, I can't fail to mention the wonderful cakes of mom Maria Pia that delight breakfast every morning along with the cunsatu bread prepared with genuine ingredients! In short, I couldn't resist, I'll be back at the end of September! Thank you for everything Gaspare and congratulations!

We spent a week at the Samira facility and had a great time. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, from sweet to savory (Gaspare's mom is very good at making different sweets every day). The cleanliness is excellent, with daily towel changes. It is worth noting Gaspare's extreme kindness and availability. Highly recommended and congratulations!

I stayed at the Samira B&B in August. The structure has just been opened, well maintained and clean. The room was cozy and equipped with everything necessary, including a small refrigerator. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The B&B is located a 5-minute walk from the pedestrian area, just outside the chaos of San Vito. Additionally, I used the bicycle for free. The bus stop is practically at the beginning of the street. I recommend it. The managers are attentive and friendly. - Roberto Mantova.
