This is a brand new vacation home of 40 square meters that has been completely renovated and opened on June 30th, 2018. It has 5 sleeping places, including 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed, and 1 single armchair bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and everything you need. The bathroom is spacious and has a ceiling showerhead and therapeutic chrome lighting for a relaxing shower. In the living area and bathroom, there are Bluetooth speakers for listening to music. The house is located in the center of Marina di Ragusa, 200 meters from the main square and the best beaches. Nearby, there are all the necessary services (supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, sandwich shops, ATM, etc.).

My husband and I stayed at this property. The location is near the seafront of Marina di Ragusa. The room is furnished with urban design taste, carefully curated in every detail. The bathroom is beautiful, the shower is equipped with chromotherapy, you can choose which color you want to use for your shower. The rain-style showerhead is huge. The room is clean and tidy, and the mattress is comfortable. A location to keep in mind for a future stay in Marina di Ragusa. Excellent location.

Perfect. Comfortable, spacious, clean structure with pleasant decoration. All the comfort, large Italian shower. Kitchen, washing machine, terrace near the sea (3 minutes). In short, happiness!
