Miramare rooms was born from the recent renovation of a building dating back to the early 1900s in Art Nouveau style. The structure has been completely renovated and cared for in every detail to offer its guests all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The proximity to the beach of the "borgo marinaro" makes it ideal for spending your holidays enjoying our splendid sea. In addition, the strategic geographical position of Avola allows you to reach in a few minutes and visit other exceptional attractions such as Siracusa with its history, Noto with its baroque, Marzamemi maritime village, Vendicari nature reserve, the "Laghetti di Cava Grande del Cassibile" naturalistic experience like few others. and much more.

We stayed in room number 3, very spacious, tastefully furnished, and well soundproofed. Simona pampered us: from breakfast with fresh products, typical and cakes made by her, to suggestions on beaches and restaurants. Free parking is available a few meters from the property. Simona also provides umbrellas. In our opinion, the value for money of the property is excellent, we recommend it. Thank you Simona, you made us feel like family.

The rooms are very very beautiful, bright, new and tastefully furnished. The bathroom as well. The beds very comfortable. Everything very clean and appealing. As shown in the pictures. We immediately felt at ease. The stairs are not a problem. Free public parking nearby. Simona is an excellent, very friendly and helpful hostess, who gave us many tips about the area, excursions and restaurants and was always available. The breakfast was fantastic. Every day different filled croissants, various homemade cakes, salami, ham, cheese, various fresh fruits, yogurt, juice, good coffee, we couldn't try everything. Thank you very much dear Simona for the great stay and the excellent and kind assistance in Miramare Rooms. Unfortunately we only stayed for 3 nights. We will gladly come back and can highly recommend Miramare Rooms!

Brand new structure, very clean, furnished with care and good taste. Close to the beach but also a strategic point to visit the main cities of the Baroque. Simona, who manages the structure, is always attentive and caring, willing to satisfy every request. Really recommended.
