Dependance in villa, a few steps from the splendid beach of Mondello (2 min walk), independent access and part of the shared garden.
The structure consists of a double bedroom with large wardrobe, a single bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with full kitchen, outdoor area attached to the dependance for exclusive use with table and chairs, a comfortable outdoor shower and swing available to our guests.
Equipped with all comforts: Air conditioning, free wi-fi, coffee machine, kettle, TV, fridge, oven, washing machine, hairdryer, mosquito nets, bed linen and towels and drying rack.
It is the ideal place for a holiday for couples, families or friends who want to stay in an oasis surrounded by greenery.
In the surrounding area you can find bars, bank, post office, tobacconists, pizzerias, restaurants and some shops. Nearby is the bus stop that takes you to the center of Palermo 8km away.

Residence located 100 meters from the sea. It is a dependence of a prestigious villa in Liberty style. It has its own independent entrance with a garden. Truly a beautiful residence that offers all the desired comforts.
