Description
The property takes its name from the shape typical of the ancient "Sicilian beams", now fully restored retains some features that are reminiscent of the old structure as the roofs made of wooden frame, beams, rods, bricks and terracotta roof tiles.

There are 6 rooms, including a mini-apartment with a kitchen, large living room and spacious bedroom and another used to accommodate people with disabilities. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, minibar, TV and free Wi-Fi system. In addition there is a large common room with a kitchenette, TV and air conditioning.

There is also a large parking lot free where you can safely leave their vehicles a few steps away from the accommodation. Each unit has a special name in Sicilian dialect due to the former owners of the houses.

The property is located in a quiet village (Locogrande) away from the hustle of the city, but at the same time in a position where in 5 minutes you can reach the airport of Trapani-Birgi "Vincenzo Florio" and the nearby beach of Lido Marausa, and from the motorway, 15 minutes from the city of Trapani, and a few minutes from the main tourist destinations in the province of Trapani, such as: the unmissable Egadi Islands, Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, Mothia, Marsala, Segesta and many other beauties that our Sicily can boast.

What I liked the most about this property and the restaurant they owned close by was the involvement of the entire family in working together, being extremely professional and pleasant to guests. I felt welcome. It's a well-designed, beautiful, secure location that is close to just about everywhere you may want to travel to, including the nearby Trapani airport.

La posizione è strategica perché molto vicina all'aeroporto e a soli 15 minuti da Trapani e Marsala. Le stanze sono pulite. Il proprietario è molto gentile e discreto. La colazione è abbandonate e varia.

La struttura si trova in posizione strategica e facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto Birgi di Trapani. In caso di difficoltà il gestore, a qualsiasi ora, è disponibile ad aiutare per la viabilità. L'accoglienza e la disponibilità sono ottime. Il fattore umano, nel mio caso, fa la differenza e supera certi piccoli particolari di nulla importanza. La struttura è ottima: purtroppo il brevissimo soggiorno non ci ha consentito di usufruire della veranda. Ci si trova immersi in un ambiente suggestivo e reale; gli abbellimenti della struttura contadina sono sobri e nulla hanno a che vedere con la artificiosità di certi 'villaggì. Il parcheggio è ampio e ben custodito da cancello ad apertura automatica di cui l'ospite riceve la chiave. La colazione: un sogno! caffè ottimo, sempre caldo negli appositi termos. Dolce, salato a volontà. Un attentato al peso-forma. Lo consiglio? SI Gabriella e Mario.

Bellissimo posto, vicino l'aeroporto, camere nuove, pulite, confortevoli, colazione abbondante con tavola apparecchiata ad hoc, ma soprattutto gentilezza e grande disponibilità del proprietario che ci ha aspettato all'aeroporto, per farci strada, alle due di notte.

Struttura nuova, pulitissima, in zona tranquilla, stanze fresche anche in pieno gg. In più dotate di aria condizionata. Biancheria cambiata, bagno nuovo, colazione varia e abbondante. Vicinissima e molto comoda all'aeroporto di trapani e ideale punto di partenza per visitare Trapani, Marsala, Erice. Un merito speciale e il nostro ringraziamento va al giovane proprietario del B&B molto disponibile che ci ha portato all'aeroporto. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo.

Vedendo tutti questi 10 i più penseranno a rapporti di parentela strettissimi o interessi personali. Quando come me e la mia famiglia avrete finito il soggiorno, ripenserete ai miei dieci e avrete un bel magone perché siete andati via. PS: definirlo B&B è davvero riduttivo. È un hotel con i prezzi di un B&B e i servizi di un 4 stelle.
