Description
GGHH House Hotel is a small real estate project for non-hotel tourism purposes.
One of the four "Baroque" cities, together with Noto, Ragusa Ibla and Scicli, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, starts from Marina di Modica, on the Mediterranean Sea, a hamlet of Modica, in south-east Sicily.
The project concerns the renovation and construction of six "House Hotels", for a total of 600 square meters. 2015 saw the construction of the first two, for a total of 200 square meters, whose activity started by the spring of the year 2016.
It is also a project aimed at the future management of holiday homes that have the requirements to become a "House Hotel".

We spent a week in August, the apartment is beautiful, well-kept, ideally located. There are all the amenities. Thanks to Luca and Rita for the welcome and availability. GGHH - House Hotel.
