Situated in the heart of the historic center of Catania, at the corner of Via Umberto and Piazza Vittorio Emanuele (also known as Piazza Umberto or the square of the "Kiosks"), the area is peaceful and ideal for strolling around even after the shops close. Just a 5-minute walk away are Via Etnea, Corso Sicilia, Piazza Stesicoro and Viale Italia, some of Catania's most interesting tourist routes and shopping areas. Bus stops to the airport are also located just behind the building.

Parking is not difficult on the street or in the nearby Piazza Vittorio Emanuele; alternatively, the guarded "Bellini" parking lot is only a 5-minute walk away.

We do not rent out individual rooms; the entire apartment is exclusively for guest use. The rooms are quiet (none of which face the main street), clean, and well furnished. H.L.C. is perfect for group vacations.

The exact price depends on the number of people, the number and type of apartments chosen, the duration of stay, and the number of nights.

SERVICES: Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as a hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV in each room, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, an oven, a microwave, a wardrobe, a dresser, and a desk. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available.

RATES: Prices include all expenses, but breakfast and daily cleaning are not included. No extras are charged, except for the final cleaning.

It is situated in the famous Piazza Umberto (the square of drink kiosks), which is both peaceful and popular, even after the shops have closed. The most interesting streets and commercial districts of Catania, including Via Etna, Corso Sicilia, Piazza Stesicoro, and Corso Italia, are just 2 minutes away. The bus stops in front of the house provide transportation to the airport. The apartment is exclusively for guests, and not just individual rooms, ensuring maximum privacy. The spaces are peaceful, clean, and well-furnished.

The Bed and Breakfast (apartments) is located in the center of Catania. The welcome was good and the person who welcomed us was kind and helpful. The apartment (the GREEN one) is well kept even though small, but the structure is clean and well maintained. The overnight stay for 2 nights was pleasant. Recommended if you need to stay for a few days in the Catania area.

Nice accommodation, close to the city center, within walking distance of the main attractions of Catania. I would recommend this house to tourists interested in discovering the beauty of Sicily.

The location is easy to find and should not pose any serious challenges. The rooms were clean and prepared by the time we checked in with the possibility to set one dormitory with either matrimonial or twin beds. Heating was in working order as was the hot water in the shower. We had towels and shower gel included and the kitchen was accessorized to easily accommodate cooking and serving up to 4-6 people. There are coffee shops and a minimarket close by and the city center is just a 15-minute walk away. Luigi Capuano is a small and crowded street but we did find parking lots every night for the car we rented. Overall great accommodation and Maria and her family were extraordinary in taking care for everything to be in order and for us to enjoy our visit.

We stayed at Catania Home Capuana for the New Year and everything was perfect. The location is great, close to the city center, very clean and cozy. Maria is great, and I recommend this house.

Highly recommended! A small complex of mini apartments, very cozy and well-kept, in the heart of the city. Kindness, cordiality, and cleanliness, an excellent solution for those who, like me, are often in Catania for work. I have never met the owner, she seems nice and helpful on the phone. The girl who takes care of the reception, on the other hand, is very nice and extremely helpful. I also spent a few days with friends in July, excellent for groups as the apartments are all close to each other, immersed in the Catania nightlife... everything at hand! Very good!

Really welcoming and very clean house, complete with all comforts. We were really happy. I appreciated the assortment present: a complete kit of hand soap, dish detergent, sponges, glasses, napkins, sugar, coffee, salt. Nothing was missing. Very modern house with wonderful Ikea furniture, a large new flat-screen TV. I highly recommend it, we had a good time. The welcome was very warm. Mrs. Rosaria is so sweet, as is the owner. However, all of Catania was beautiful. Congratulations to the people of Catania because you are very friendly, one thing that struck me was the smile. Thank you for everything, we will definitely return to this property because it is really well done, colorful, modern, nothing is missing. We also found water in the refrigerator. We didn't need anything and above all everything was included in the price, super cheap. Even the sheets, tablecloths, final cleanings and consumptions, all absolutely "inclusive". Congratulations for the whole organization. Nice idea of the sewing kit which was useful because two buttons of my child flew away. Thank you, thank you again. Sara. I forgot, very central (via Etnea), quiet, easy for parking, in short, I would say perfect.
