Description
"Tera is a name of Greek origin meaning 'earth'.

Many ancient cultures used this name to refer to their deity of the land or to confer a sense of prosperity and fertility on their children.

Our structure was built in a residential neighborhood, a few minutes from the main points of interest in the city of Cagliari.

Located a few minutes from Poetto beach and the historic city center.

Despite being located in a fairly central city context, the house was built with a completely independent entrance and each room is equipped with all comforts.

The accommodations are all decorated with natural wooden walls and soft lighting. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom with window (complete with shower, bidet, toilet and sink, hairdryer, soap dispenser and towel set), LED TV, air conditioning, coat hanger, desk and free wi-fi network.

The rooms are very bright and each has a pleasant outdoor space, where you can spend relaxing moments during your stay.

We stayed for 3 days at this property. It is located on the ground floor of a building half an hour's walk from the historic center of Cagliari. The property is new and consists of 5/6 spacious, clean rooms with a bathroom and a small outdoor area where you can relax and get some fresh air. Unfortunately for us, the fact of relaxing or resting was very tiring due to the annoying noise from early morning and in the early afternoon from the family living above. Shouting, noise, and continuous moving of chairs made it so that we could only rest at night because then at 7 everything started again. We were in room n.1, probably the one located below the residence. Perhaps in the other rooms, it is better, but in this one unfortunately not. The area is very quiet even though there is a school right next door.

Quando tutto è perfetto si cercano sempre difetti esterni 😉. Abbiamo prontamente sfrattato gli affittuari del piano di sopra e gli abbiamo fornito un altro alloggio un po più lontano da qui, in modo che non si sentano rumori.
