Our BB is situated at the entrance of the village on the main street at the center of a garden of 2500 m, has just been built with modern standards so as to boast the energy class B certified. It has private parking inside and outside the garden. We have 3 rooms, each with independent output giardino. Il on the outside garden is furnished with everything you need to relax and enjoy the cool of the external OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE PIC-NIC. Tutte rooms have private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, fridge, we have a double bedroom, a triple and a quadruple, oNE OF THEM hAS BEEN DESIGNED BY THE FACILITATION tO CLIENTS with mobility difficulties. Possibility of utizo washing machine for longer periods of 4 days.

Damaris, the manager, makes you feel comfortable from the first minute. Pure kindness and hospitality that translates into a plentiful and varied breakfast, many of them homemade, a comfortable and clean room with everything you need to be comfortable: fridge, TV, shower, and large bed... a real pleasure to have spent a few days there. Totally recommended especially if you are Spanish since Damaris, being of Cuban origin, speaks Spanish perfectly and served as a guide to discover the best of the area.

Spectacular! We have spent such happy days at B&B Kalòs, both for the spaces and the kindness and good attitude of Damaris, her husband, and her daughter. The breakfasts are spectacular, homemade, typical of the area. They had their own fig and grape orchard that they offered us for breakfast. The rooms are modern and spotless, with all the comforts. Perfect accommodation to rest. We took a friend with us in our hearts. Totally recommended for Spanish people because Damaris is Cuban and our communication and her advice flowed perfectly. We would repeat without hesitation.

The enchanting and very clean B&B accommodation pleased us so much that we even stayed for four nights. Ideal for the excursions we could take from there. Walking into the city is ideal. We also found the location very pleasant as the shops are practically all around to provide for ourselves. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, open to all requests and questions. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. We came by car, the parking lot is spacious and you feel safe. If we make another vacation in the area, we will definitely stay there again. We felt very comfortable. Highly recommended. For us, the best B&B we had in Sardinia.

Modern and functional structure located about 1 km from the center of Santa Teresa. Spacious room, well furnished and clean, although ours is a bit exposed to the noises of the street. Bathroom with hydromassage shower and radio. Good breakfast, although in my opinion it satisfied more those who prefer salty. Large outdoor space. Mrs. Damaris and her husband are very friendly, providing useful advice on the beaches to visit. Definitely recommended.

I was traveling by motorcycle together with Ludwig (see his review) and we stayed at the B&B Kalòs in Santa Teresa Gallura. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and the common areas. The whole property was more than neatly maintained. The hosts were very attentive and courteous. It's a pity that the B&B wasn't immediately recognizable from the street. At this point, I would like to refer again to Ludwig's review. I can recommend the B&B with a clear conscience and if I find myself in this area again, then I will stay there again.

A very lovely accommodation, friendly hosts, very clean and quiet, very good location, great rooms. We were on a motorcycle tour and spontaneously discovered a unfortunately very small B&B Kalòs sign at the entrance of the town and immediately turned around.\n\nWhen we drove into the property, the surprise was perfect, about the well-kept grounds and everything around.\n Price-performance ratio excellent! Can only be recommended especially to biker friends.\n Recommendation to the hosts - make a larger sign on the street, it will attract even more guests.\n If I come back to Teresa, I will stay there again.\n Thanks again for the kind and affordable welcome to the hostess.

Brand new structure, very pretty, with great taste, in a quiet area. At the gates of Santa Teresa, a 20-minute walk from the center, which is easily reached by walking along the main road. The location is strategic to reach the port and of course, to leave the town and reach other places. Impeccable cleanliness, tasty and abundant breakfast (the Lady of the house, Damaris, goes out of her way to satisfy all tastes! And she is truly a treasure). The husband and wife were incredibly kind and helpful, and this added an extra touch to an already perfect service. Thank you very much for contributing to a beautiful vacation!

The B&B Kalòs is a beautiful structure immersed in the greenery of a well-kept garden and tall beautiful plants that allowed us to observe the strength of the wind every day in order to choose the most suitable beach among the beautiful wonders that the area offers. I am usually very frugal in praising structures, but in the case of B&B Kalòs, I cannot find adjectives to express the hospitality and welcome of Damaris and Francesco. We stayed for two nights and were much more than satisfied! The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. The large room was well furnished with a wonderful shower with hydro massage device. The location is very quiet and the house is surrounded by large gardens with many plants and trees, moreover there is a large supermarket almost opposite where you can shop. Compared to other B&B / hotels in the area, the price-performance ratio at B&B Kalòs is excellent. For those coming by car, there is no problem, parking spaces are available. We felt very comfortable and would book again at any time. Highly recommended.
