Appartment at the first floor of a villa placed in front of the sea.

Placed at 4 Km from the center of the city of Cagliari, 100 metres from the bus stop, near a supermarket, bar, restaurants, beach services.

The apartment, with a small garden and a terrace with view on the sea, is placed in front of the beach, at 50 meters from the sea.

Open all the year; closed in february.

1 big bed rooms with private bathroom, possibility of second little bed in the same room.

Extraordinary stay, we can only recommend this B&B because it offered us everything we wanted and also thanks to the extreme kindness of Annapaola. Mrs. Casu spent 3 hours on the first day to show us the most beautiful places (the beaches, for example). Every day, she recommended visits or restaurants (Annapaola also made reservations for us). In short, everything was perfect and we will gladly return and can only recommend this excellent address.

Room with exclusive bathroom in a truly spectacular location: the balcony overlooks the Poetto promenade and the view is priceless. The kindness and availability of Annapaola make the stay even more pleasant and worry-free. Highly recommended for both a weekend and longer stays.

Casa Emanuela has an excellent seafront position for those who love beach life, the pedestrian walk is very suggestive. Mrs. AnnaPaola, the owner of the property, is a perfect guide: excellent restaurant tips, excellent availability in the house, always present and at your disposal. We returned for the second time to this location.

Perfect location, seafront and close to the city. Mrs. Paola is wonderful! She made me feel at home and gave me valuable advice on how to move according to my needs both for leisure and logistically. I really enjoyed it, I will definitely come back.

Thank you very much to Anna Paola for her hospitality and availability and for being able to share the spaces and the family atmosphere of B&B Casa Emanuela. I really appreciated the beautiful historic villa, the proximity to the sea, the nice beach, and the Poetto promenade. Easy and quick connection, even with public transport, to the center of Cagliari and Elmas airport. A vacation to be repeated!

Excellent welcome from Mrs. Annapaola, kind and caring like the best Cagliari moms. My family and I had a wonderful time in a special setting like that of Poetto with the wonderful view of Devil's Saddle and the beautiful structures adjacent to the B&B. I highly recommend the property to all travelers for the kindness of the staff and for the location that allows you to descend from the property and dive directly into the sea.

Simple and clean bed and breakfast located in front of Poetto beach with all facilities nearby. Italian breakfast which you take from the balcony of the old villa with a spectacular view of the beach and the famous Sella del Diavolo Mountain.

We have just spent about 15 days in this wonderful house of Annapaola and Raphael (who speaks very good French), who is immensely kind with his hosts, always attentive to our needs, helpful and caring, advising us on finding a good restaurant. We slept in a spacious room with a private bathroom, a superb view of the beach with a balcony less than 15 meters from it. Every morning she prepares breakfast for us on her balcony overlooking the beach. I highly recommend this rental and this beautiful Poeto beach and what about the city of Cagliari which is superb with its restaurants, its small streets and its castle. And a thousand thanks for your warm welcome and kindness.
