The rooms are furnished in a elegant and modern style. Each rooms has hair dryer, towels, sheet, blankets and pillows. On request, are available, bad’s children. Cleaning of the rooms is daily.

I was misled by the previous reviews. The room was small and basic essentials necessary for a short stay, like shampoo, were not available. The bathroom was located in a basement, all very cramped. The breakfast was very basic and soulless. Family-run establishments are expected to have more passion. The price becomes uneconomical when not matched with quality service and attention.

Buongiorno sig. Marzili , a me dispiace quando devono essere scritte delle cose con l’intenzione di danneggiare o denigrare. È vero lo shampoo non c’era in camera quando è arrivato, ma appena me lo ha fatto notare sono corso a portaglielo! Per quanto riguarda la colazione e la camera lei ha acquistato esattamente ciò che ha letto nella descrizione e nelle foto. Piuttosto ci tengo a precisare che le è stato fatto uno sconto considerevole, ed in più visto le condizioni di sua moglie che non poteva fare le scale l’unica soluzione per voi era la camera a piano terra. E per concludere, non se la prenda con me se non ha potuto pagare con la sua card del reddito di cittadinanza, bastava che me lo diceva prima di prenotare, le avrei risposto che non l’accettavamo. Saluti

We had a good stay, varied breakfast, the property is a 5-minute walk from both the center and the beach. The only thing was the room, being on the ground floor it was not very bright and didn't get much air but we solved it with the air conditioning.

We had a great time. The property is located in the city center, convenient for those traveling by car or by train. Very beautiful and clean. The owner is very kind and helpful.

Very convenient structure for visiting Termoli, located a 5-minute walk from the historic center. Despite being very close to the center, the structure overlooks a very quiet and peaceful street. The surrounding streets allow free parking, but, at least in August, it is not easy to find a free spot. The manager is very kind and provided us with many recommendations on places to visit, restaurants, and attractions in the area.

By chance my fiancée and I stopped at Francesco's to stay for just one night and I must say that the owner is very welcoming, the room clean, even the bathrooms. We will definitely return considering the overall positivity, convenience and freedom to move around on foot on site.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Struttura veramente carina arredata in modo accattivante. Ambiente accogliente e pulito pensato fin nei minimi particolari. Il letto era comodissimo e le lenzuola sapevano di pulito.
Il personale è gentile e disponibile, lo consiglio vivamente anche per l'abbondante e variegata colazione.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare con le mie due bimbe in questo bel bed&breakfast per qualche giorno in visita ad alcuni amici a Termoli. Ambiente famigliare ed accogliente, struttura nuova e ben arredata. Camera non grandissima, ma dotata di ogni comodità, perfino il phon e lo scaldasalviette per gli asciugamani c'erano nel bagno! Letti comodi! Avevo la possibilità di controllare le mie due bimbe che Francesco il gestore, ha avuto la premura di accogliere in una stanza comunicante con la mia. Pur essendo in centro il posto è tranquillo e silenzioso e a piedi puoi andare ovunque e visitare i luoghi di interesse. Colazione ricca! Anche le mie bimbe sono rimaste contente perché sono state accolte con mille premure da parte dei fratelli gestori. Struttura consigliata, ci tornerò sicuramente. Eccezionale rapporto qualità/ prezzo.

Io e mio marito siamo stati ospiti da Francesco per motivi di lavoro e la nostra permanenza si è trasformata in una vacanza da sogno. Siamo stati accolti con calore, grande professionalità e soprattutto riservatezza in un ambiente nuovissimo, elegante, moderno e accogliente. La camera aveva tutti i comfort, i letti comodissimi, ambiente rilassante e silenzioso. Posizione fantastica, in pieno centro e vicino al mare. Colazione abbondante e varia, sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita perché mi sembrava di stare a casa mia e mi son da subito trovata a mio agio. Facilità di trovare parcheggio, sicuramente ci tornerò per le vacanze estive.
