The House on Via Mulino a Vento is a 70 square meter residence located in the city center, 300 meters from Rio Vivo beach and 700 meters from the Cristoforo Colombo promenade. It is situated on the raised first floor of a small, quiet residential building without an elevator. It consists of a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a table and chairs, as well as a comfortable sofa. There is a spacious double bedroom, a room with two single beds, and a large bathroom with a window. Each room, in addition to being bright, offers a splendid sea view. In the immediate vicinity, you will find the San Timoteo market, where you can buy fresh fruit and fish, as well as numerous shops and services. The train station is 350 meters away, while the university is 700 meters away.

The apartment is really comfortable and new. It is easy to reach the beaches, restaurants, and the castle on foot. The kind and helpful owners provided all the information for a pleasant and relaxing holiday.

Cozy, bright apartment with sea view from the window. Located very close to the sea and the train station in the city center. Walking around is pleasant, reaching the historic center with enchanting sea view. Effective communication, welcoming and organization deployed with great care.

Exceptional location, a few steps from the beach and a few steps from services and venues, but still in a quiet and non-noisy area. Hospitality, comfort, and super cleanliness! We will definitely come back.
