Our property is located in a delightful hilly area, surrounded by greenery, in one of Italy's most charming villages. It is a rural house dating back to the early 1900s, completely renovated with high-quality finishes. Our brand-new pool is fully automated and heated by solar panels, surrounded by a spacious paved area of 700 square meters.
The complex also includes a charming 2000 square meter park with century-old trees, a relaxation area, garages, and a wooden gazebo, all beautifully illuminated.
The villa has 6 rooms with private bathrooms and a large lounge where breakfast is served. We have a total of 18 available spots, allowing anyone to enjoy a short stay or a long vacation in the marvelous hills of Marche.
Our property is also ideal for exclusive rentals: you can have the entire property to yourself for the duration of your stay. Private rooms, a cozy lounge with a fully equipped kitchen, a heated pool, a park, and relaxation areas will be entirely at your disposal.

We stayed for one night as a stopover, it was a pure relaxation stop, immersed in the silence of the hills a stone's throw from the center of Montecassiano. Cozy and clean room, the Lemon Garden and the pool are very well-kept, homemade breakfast with excellent products. I really recommend it.

Very beautiful structure, it's practically a villa and the rooms have independent access. Immersed in silence and surrounded by breathtaking views. The manager is very kind. If I have the chance, I will definitely return.

Beautiful context of absolute peace, structure with a magnificent garden, welcoming and very clean. Essential rooms but tastefully decorated. In short, a little paradise. Last but not least, the pool that offers you immediate relaxation. We were just passing through but it is the ideal place to explore the area. Absolutely recommended. We will be back.
