Casa Verdi 37 provides a distinctive lodging experience, ideal for both those looking to work and those seeking relaxation. This new vacation home is perfect for accommodating groups of friends or families, thanks to its versatile and independent arrangements spread across multiple levels.
On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a large kitchen that can seat up to 10 people, along with a shared lounge, both perfect for socializing. Upstairs, you'll find the Ametista and Zaffiro double rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, as well as the more spacious Smeraldo and Rubino rooms, which include an additional bed and an external bathroom.
The rooms are roomy and bright, each featuring a balcony with views of the private courtyard. Every room is equipped with modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay.

Cozy apartments, well furnished, comfortable and functional kitchen. We had a great time and, if we have to return to Porto Sant'Elpidio, we already know where to stay.
