Description

"The first time I saw this place I thought that calling it "home" was too reductive and, before even deciding to buy it, I was dreaming to open a B&B that I would have called "Spaziovitale".

Purchase, design, renovate and then start the business have not been easy, but today I am glad I did it because I created exactly what I always wanted: a place where anyone, in his/her way, can find his/her own living space in rooms that, like white papers, can take the colors and profiles of the people that, from time to time, will live there and in other rooms with well-defined characteristics that I hope will convey joy and positivity. Places conceived for friends, artists, couples, childrens, passionates for cooking, but also for the people who work and who needs to relax in a welcoming environment after a tiring day.

The B&B consists of a very large living room where breakfast is served, with tables, sofas, small library, multi-purpose space suitable for exhibitions, dinners, meetings, trainings, small parties, with the ability to have up to 50 seats.

A double bedroom overlooking the small garden and a private bathroom with shower.

A kitchen with a large glass wall, equipped for cooking in the company.

The gardens are two: the larger one is shared with the owners, but with an area dedicated to the residents and the smaller one for the exclusive use of the residents, where you can have breakfast.

The building dates back to the early years of the Twentieth Century and has been restored, in accordance with the traditional style, with all new installations and complying with the law.

This property is extremely pleasant. Naturally, everything is as described. Although its lengthwise layout may be surprising at first, the room is particularly spacious, tastefully decorated, with plenty of storage spaces that allowed us to be comfortable. The bathroom is large and comfortable, the bedding is of quality and the bed linen is particularly fine. The abundant breakfasts are well-prepared, the common room is comfortable, and the property with a large garden is quiet and charming. As for the owner, she is lovely while remaining discreet, caring and available when needed. We had an excellent, relaxing and comfortable stay, and we will gladly return. For a service of this quality, the price is particularly attractive.

The loft is perfect for a family, overlooking the garden. We felt very welcomed by the owner in her lounge furnished with some art objects, where she offers rich breakfasts. Also, the country's Gasthaus is worth a try.

We spent two nights at the Spaziovitale. The owner was very kind and helpful, the environment is charming and welcoming, the rooms spacious, well cleaned and equipped with a kettle with coffee and herbal teas, phone and bathroom detergents. Everything is truly beautiful and well cared for, even the garden furnished to create relaxing corners. I recommend it for those looking for something uncommon and refined, we will definitely return.

Spazio Vitale is an incredible place where you immediately feel at ease in a charming and tastefully decorated environment. The excellent cleanliness and incredible order leave nothing to be desired. The breakfast is practically fantastic, served with love and care. The quality of the products exceeds all expectations, it's excellent, organic, and the attention to food intolerances is remarkable. Mrs. Dafne has created a place out of this world, attentive to the guests' privacy and takes care of them with extreme kindness. What can I say, everything is excellent.

As soon as you enter, you understand that you are in a beautiful and out-of-the-ordinary place. The landlady is a courteous, very attentive, interesting person who is able to bring people together. The entire structure reflects her personality. It is definitely worth extending the road a bit to stay there.

We were in Cremona for an event and stayed at Dafne for one night. Stunning location, a huge and spectacular garden, very clean room with everything you need and more. Breakfast room large and stylishly furnished, abundant sweet and savory breakfast with many delicious items and the hostess very kind and helpful... at a very affordable price compared to the quality of service that deserves more. Just 15 minutes from Cremona and the fair. Very beautiful with reuse of parts and furniture of the ancient structure. Very comfortable bathroom. You are offered everything you need, even for a snack or a simple coffee. I didn't give a very high score for breakfast just because the fresh part is missing (pastries, bread, possibility of making toast or omelettes). Recommended.

Spaziovitale is a former nursery expertly renovated, every object inside it recalls the personality of Dafne, the owner, who has skillfully made this place unique. What a wonderful place! Once a nursery school, the property is now a very comfortable, spotlessly clean place. It's clear that Daphne is a hostess with all her heart. There are a thousand creative details and the breakfast is simply sensational! Also, Mario, the dad, was very kind to come check on us at night after a strong storm.

We stayed only one night, but if we happen to be near Cremona again, we will definitely come back here. We were greeted by the hostess, always kind and discreet, who led us through a large and well-kept garden to the room where we would have breakfast the next day. Huge living room, cool and tastefully decorated. Our room overlooked a private garden where both in the evening and in the morning I enjoyed a restorative silence, nothing to say about the cleanliness and comfort.

Very satisfied with our stay, we booked for a fair in Cremona and even if we were not very close (about 18 km) we were so well received by Daphné (and her parents!) that we quickly forgot about this small inconvenience. The welcome is very pleasant, they are very caring people. The place is extremely quiet and the breakfast, a delight and very abundant! Honestly I recommend this place, we will return with pleasure the next time we are in this area.

Structure is beautiful to say the least. The design is curated with passion, every detail is a piece of life, a mix of styles that blend perfectly despite the diversity, from shabby to industrial! Nothing is left to chance. Cozy rooms, with the right comforts, outside a well-kept garden! The owner is very kind and helpful! However, to reach the structure and use Google Maps when you arrive in Cremona, it's better not to follow the small streets it suggests, but take Via Bergamo to reach it.

Everything perfect, the structure is taken care of in every detail. A Bed and Breakfast that in some ways seems a bit like a farmhouse. Getting there by car is a bit complicated (and impossible without a car), but if you are already out and a few extra kilometers don't scare you, nothing serious. Arriving, it seems like the navigator is taking you somewhere unknown, in reality Paderno Ponchielli is very convenient logistically and the village is very nice and sets the scene for this fantastic B&B. We chose it out of curiosity to stay in a place different from the usual and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise, cozy and comfortable rooms, with everything you need to feel great. Elegant, well-kept and abundant breakfast, in short, perfect. Excellent value for money. The most beautiful detail? The landlady! Dafne was welcoming as few people know how to be, always available and kind: she welcomed us and our Newfoundland Ares with open arms, a true animal lover (even if they are giant and cumbersome). A place I would gladly return to.

And who could have guessed that in a tiny village there could be such a hospitable Bed and Breakfast? Spaziovitale fully embodies the character of its owner, Dafne Vitale (indeed). Welcoming, refined, rich in details that give it a personality that is far from ordinary. Serenity and harmony are breathed in an ancient structure, with high ceilings and wooden beams that add an important touch of warmth. My regret is having spent only one night there.

Positive experience at the B&B Spaziovitale. Welcoming and peaceful environment, clean rooms, and the owner warmly welcomed us. The only downside is the lack of wifi (possibly more of a technical issue solvable with an extender). Overall, still a nice weekend and recommended structure.

It's outside Cremona but for those looking for a bit of peace and tranquility, it's the right place, the rooms are very cozy, everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, abundant and pleasant breakfast. I only regret not being able to enjoy the garden because I had little time but I suggest leaving some space to have a tea under the willow tree in the garden because it's really worth it. I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast with my husband and my daughters aged 4 and 9 months. The place is really beautiful, with an antique flavor and all modern comforts. The room overlooks a beautiful garden full of flowers and plants. We appreciated every detail of the room, which is really cute. The common lounge is a very spacious area to relax a bit with books and music. The owner, a very kind and helpful lady, like her parents, all made us feel at ease. Thinking about it makes you want to come back!

Welcome, style, grace, refinement, excellent breakfast, imagination and creativity... How to transform an old school into a 'vital space'? Intelligence. The suspension points are necessary, because I could say so much more. I was pleasantly impressed by this structure for the reasons I indicated at the beginning. We were welcomed with the utmost care by the very nice Mrs. Dafne and her family during the Easter weekend and we hope to return, to enjoy the relaxation of the well-kept garden and to taste an excellent breakfast. I specify that the structure is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are welcoming. The bath towels matched with the colors of the toilet give a touch of style and cheerfulness. You feel at home! The common areas offer comfortable sofas and on the bookshelves there are magazines and books available to guests, a corner stove helps to warm the already very welcoming atmosphere. Obviously highly recommended.

The structure has its own personality that is noticeable in the details: the "ancient" type of plants and flowers cultivated in the garden; the "old" objects scattered around to decorate the rooms, the blend of ultra-modern design and traditional materials; the abundant light that expands from the large windows; the quietness that inhabits the place, the excellent and particular small library available to guests; the cordial, smiling, and discreet presence of the owners. If you need a place to relax and regenerate, Spaziovitale is an intriguing possibility. The artistic and cultural attractions of Cremona and its surroundings can make for a vacation or, as in our case, be the destination for business trips.
