If you are looking for peace, tranquility and relaxation in a warm and friendly environment, you will thoroughly enjoy being our guests at our B&B "Santa Cristina". Hidden in verdant nature of the smog-free countryside, our B&B is the perfect answer to your needs.

B&B "Santa Cristina" is located in a beautiful farmhouse of local historic interest named "Cavallera" and offers:
* three wide and comfortable bedrooms
* a sitting room where to taste a good herbal tea
* a kitchen for a healthy, organic and local breakfast.

Our B&B is not far from towns like Brescia, Mantua, Verona, Parma, Sirmione and from the fascinating natural environment of Lake Garda. Moreover we are only a 4-km drive from Centro Fiera (Montichiari) and a 6-km drive from Palageorge and Velodromo (Montichiari).

Beautiful structure that evokes past times. Irene, the owner, is super helpful: our children are celiac and she made sure to provide them with gluten-free food. Breakfast is very varied and abundant. Spacious and clean rooms. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely return.

Particular location, beautiful and well-kept. Room and common areas are very well maintained. Abundant breakfast. Hosts and relatives are very kind and infinitely cordial. Too bad it will be the last year of the B&B, I wish I had met them earlier.

Historic and beautiful room and very clean. Comfortable mattresses, large bathroom. Really well-stocked breakfast, there were also their organic products. Really commendable.

Chosen because it was close to the Palasport for a skating competition. Absolutely top marks for everything, the structure is enchanting, everything is well cared for even in the details, very clean, white and fragrant sheets, extreme kindness of the owners, we felt better than at home. Genuine breakfast with their products, very varied, from yogurt to cake all homemade, even a wide selection of self-produced teas. Too bad we only stayed one night!

Beautiful place, clean and managed by a very kind and helpful family. Located in a very quiet area but very close to the center of Montichiari. Even the children had a lot of fun.

Santa Cristina is located in Montichiari, please do not confuse it with Montechiaro near Turin or Montechiari near Pisa! The BnB is situated slightly off the south of the city. Surrounding it are only fields, a long private dirt road leads to the property. Our arrival was delayed due to disruptions at St. Gotthard. We called Irene to announce our delay, which was kindly and smoothly accepted by her. Once we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Irene and the family speak Italian and very good English. The beautiful historic house is a renovated agricultural property under monument protection. Farming is practiced. Besides a dog and a few chickens, there are no pets. It is very pleasant to be there. The breakfast is outstandingly good with many own organic products. For other meals, one can go to Montichiari, it is not far. We really enjoyed our two-night stay. We will gladly visit Santa Cristina again.

Super nice hosts in the midst of a bio-agriculture. Everything was perfect. Beautiful family-run inn. Very warm hosts - you feel 100% welcome. Breakfast with a wide selection of homemade jams, pastries, etc.

Wonderful farmstead renovated with attention seeking to blend ancient and modern with excellent taste. What makes the place special is above all the care and passion of Giovanna and Irene (mother and daughter) in managing the B&B. Irene pampers you from the moment of booking. Their welcome is absolutely warm and genuine. The spacious and cozy room, impeccable cleanliness, the very rich sweet and savory breakfast with all organic products including those for any intolerances, served in a kitchen with a warm atmosphere. Everything perfect. Availability, kindness, courtesy, and cleanliness. The structure is slightly off the main roads but easily accessible. A bit of dirt road but easy to reach even at night and illuminated.

Dear Family at Santa Cristina, we spent some days in your beautiful B&B. Everything was perfect. We loved your special breakfast, which was a big surprise every day of homemade, regional products and yummy cakes. The spacious room was very nice with a modern bathroom and stylish furniture. Santa Cristina is a good starting point for excursions to Lake Garda, Brescia, Mantua, Verona, Cremona. Everybody at Santa Cristina was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I had the pleasure of getting to know 'Santa Cristina' completely by chance while searching online for a place to spend a night near Calvisano. The only thing that disappointed me is that I only stayed for one night. Beautiful and perfectly renovated structure, clean, well-cared for, followed with love by the owners. Absolutely recommended for those looking for a quiet place in the area. The breakfast is very rich and varied. I hope to have other opportunities to visit. Goodbye and thank you for the exquisite hospitality.

Very quiet area. Friendly manager, nice but also reserved. Excellent restoration of the structure. Varied and abundant breakfast, rich in attention to details (we recommend the homemade jams, especially those of apples and pears and the chocolate and hazelnut cake). Excellent stay.

It was a comfortable and extremely pleasant overnight stay. Delicious jams (and the rest too) in a delightful environment. The attention to detail is evident. I have already booked for next November.
