We are at the beginning of Valcalepio, 12 km from Lake Iseo and Valcavallina, 10 km from Lake Endine, 9 km from Orio al Serio Airport, 12 km from the center of Bergamo and the Exhibition Center, and Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital. Nearby attractions include Costa di Mezzate and its Castle, Trescore Balneario with the frescoes by Lorenzo Lotto at the Suardi Chapel, Lovere Borgo D'Italia, and Iseo.

The 40 sqm studio is bright with large windows, accommodating 4 people, with a sleeping area that can have 2 single beds combined into a double bed upon request, and a comfortable sofa bed. There is an anteroom with a built-in wardrobe, a spacious bathroom with a window, shower, hairdryer, washing machine, and bath set. Independent air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, free WiFi wireless, well-equipped kitchenette with microwave and fridge, as required by regulations, even for long stays.

Residenza Prometti is furnished in a sober, yet elegant, modern, and functional manner to guarantee maximum comfort. It is located on the first floor, with double-glazed windows, a reinforced door, independent air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, and free WiFi wireless.

The kitchen is equipped according to mandatory requirements to offer you a comfortable stay with a kettle for tea and herbal teas, a 4-burner kitchenette with oven and microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is a table with 4 chairs.

Internal parking is free, and there are no time limits for returning at night.
