For short periods, a completely renovated two-room apartment is available for rent. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and storage room.
Maximum occupancy is 4 adults + baby. The independent entrance allows for maximum freedom of movement.
Located on the raised ground floor. Thanks to the view of the inner courtyard, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful.
The windowed bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower and bidet, as well as a toilet and sink.
In the kitchen/living room, there is an extendable table and a comfortable double sofa bed (new!).
The kitchen is fully equipped. In the bedroom, there are two single beds and a 5-door wardrobe.
The apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable: refrigerator, LCD TV, air conditioning, wifi, gas stove, microwave, hairdryer, washing machine, iron/ironing board.
A baby cot (with sides) is available upon request.
No smoking allowed on the premises.

The house is located in the Villapizzone neighborhood, near the Villapizzone commuter train station, close to tram stops 1, 12, and 19, which take you to the Roserio terminus (Sacco hospital) in about 20 minutes.
From the terminus (reachable with an ATM urban ticket), you have direct access to Expo, through a less crowded entrance that leads straight to the heart of the Universal Exhibition, near the Italy Pavilion and the Tree of Life.
By taking the same trams in the opposite direction, you can reach the center of Milan. The 90/91 trolleybus quickly connects to the red line (MM1 and MM5 Lotto), the yellow line (MM3 Maciachini), and the lilac line (MM5 Portello).
The neighborhood is lively, with a supermarket, several bars, a bakery, a pharmacy, and other shops. There is a local market on Mondays and Thursdays.
The house is also near Bovisa-Politecnico and in close proximity to Giovanni Testori Park.

Excellent for short city visits or to visit Expo. Perfectly connected to the city center or other areas, as it is close to bus stops, trolleybus, and train station. The apartment is perfect for two people, less for four; very clean; air conditioning in the room. Owner available, precise, and kind.
