The apartment, situated on the first floor, is easily reachable, although it does not have an elevator. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a TV, a double bedroom, and a bathroom, all air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort. Recently renovated and thoughtfully furnished, the accommodation is also suitable for families with children. The apartment provides excellent convenience for getting around, even without a car.

It is located just a short walk from the bus stop, and right in front, there is a cycling path that allows quick access to the city center, Lake Garda, the natural parks of Mincio, and the charming inland areas around the lake. Additionally, the train station is easily reachable on foot.

The apartment is in close proximity to public green spaces, such as gardens and parks, which are equipped with playgrounds and recreational areas for the enjoyment of both adults and children.

Verona and the Catullo Airport are just 40 km away, while Lake Garda and Gardaland are 50 km from the location. Lastly, the Bagnolo San Vito outlet is only 10 km away.
