"Our goal is to make you feel at home. This is the objective of our Bed and Breakfast. Recently established in Rozzano, South of Milan, in an exclusive neighborhood of villas, it offers a clean and peaceful space surrounded by greenery, away from the hustle and bustle of the street, with reserved parking and Italian service. The choice between two rooms with different themes, the Italian breakfast, free wifi, and our knowledge of the surrounding services are intended to encourage you to stay at our establishment. The location of our facility is essential for people who need to go to the Humanitas Clinic, as we are located directly in front of the main entrance (30 meters). It is also an excellent location for those who want to attend a concert at the Assago Forum, see or participate in events at the nearby Tolcinasco Golf, Milano 3 with its beautiful lake, and finally the opportunity to visit the large Fiordaliso Shopping Center with its numerous shops, bars, and restaurants, just 10 minutes away. The word "Accoglienza al Grottino" (Welcome to the Grottino) comes first and foremost, to give our customers a beautiful memory of their stay."

The Bed and Breakfast is located 30 meters away from the Humanitas Clinic in Rozzano, MI. It is close to the Assago Forum and is an optimal location for those who want to visit the EXPO fair. Its proximity to Linate and Malpensa airports, as well as the Central Station, make our structure in Rozzano a unique choice in an exclusive village of villas away from the hustle and bustle of the street.

Unfortunately, I could not stay due to the postponement of the scheduled procedure at the Humanitas, but I still want to leave a review for the kindness shown by Mrs. Giovanna, who kept the room waiting for confirmation. Truly a very understanding person.

I chose this structure primarily because of its excellent location in relation to the Humanitas clinic, but then, as soon as I arrived, I was positively impressed by the welcome and the beauty of the environment; cleanliness is excellent. Last but not least, it is impossible not to be won over by the friendliness of Mr. Giovanna & Bruno, as well as by their enormous professionalism and availability. All positive, small room with two separate beds, comfortable mattress, well-heated and very clean environment. A kettle with assorted tea bags is available, next to a basket of brioches. (This is an extra) that the managers leave for any cravings. The structure is right in front of the Humanitas hospital, really important for those who need to access it for visits, hospitalization, etc. Kind and helpful managers. What else to say but "Thank you for everything". Until next time!

At breakfast, I did not give a very high rating because everything was pre-packaged, but if I'm not mistaken, it is the B&B management itself that provides a breakfast with packaged products. Overall, excellent structure, very clean, very kind owners, a stone's throw from the Humanitas Hospital. Absolutely worth trying.

Brand-new and very clean structure in an elegant and quiet residential neighborhood. Courtesy, discretion, and friendliness of the managers who went out of their way to provide us with very useful information. Abundant breakfast, tastefully furnished and elegant venue, excellent value for money (and if a Ligurian says it, you can trust it). If we return to Milan, we will definitely stay there again, we had a great time. 10/10 for everything!

I stayed 2 nights at Il Grottino and I must say that I could not have made a better choice: very clean, cozy and very convenient for those who unfortunately have to go to the Humanitas clinic. I hope to come back, but as Mr. Bruno says, for a concert at the Forum di Assago.

For those who need to go to Humanitas for a few days, I would say it's an ideal solution. The hospital is within walking distance. The managers are kind and helpful. Unfortunately, for various reasons, we could not have breakfast, so I cannot evaluate it.

We stayed at Il Grottino between 19/12 and 20/12/2017. Excellent location for access to Humanitas hospital. Room tastefully furnished and very clean. Free parking very close to Il Grottino. If desired, also available for a fee inside the courtyard. The owners are kind and helpful.

This morning I left this Bed and Breakfast which has been a truly welcoming home for me for several days. Chosen after reading the reviews which I can assure are absolutely truthful, the owners are always available, in particular Mr. Bruno, always discreet and at the same time present every morning in serving us wives and daughters of relatives hospitalized in Humanitas breakfast and dispensing advice if requested. The Bed and Breakfast Il Grottino is not only "close" to Humanitas, it is practically in front of the main entrance, and to my great surprise and pleasure 30 meters from a second entrance that took me in 1 minute to the orthocenter department where my husband was hospitalized. Thanks to the owners of Il Grottino for helping me feel calm and peaceful in these days.

It's not just a hotel, but much more. You practically feel at home with all the modern comforts, discreetly distributed to be useful services of easy use and not fake technology. The setting expresses warmth, hospitality, beauty, and tranquility. The structure, far from being anonymous and aseptic, as hotel buildings often are, is very charming and is located among other houses with gardens, in a protected area accessed by a key, so no noises, as there is no car traffic, and no dangers. The cleanliness is absolute, the assistance perfect, and the kindness of Mrs. Giovanna is like that of a caring mother. My wife and I have never found anything better.

I will recommend to everyone Mrs. Giovanna and Mr. Bruno's B&B. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, very spacious and well furnished. Not the usual sterile rooms. A lot of attention to detail. Them.. Two splendid persons. Kind, super helpful, warm. I stayed at Il Grottino for a week because my mom was hospitalized at Humanitas. Unfortunately, I had to extend my stay in Milan without ever having a definite date. And for this reason, I stayed in five different places before having the luck to be able to return to stay at Il Grottino (it was always full, obviously. Incomparable to the others). Thank you for making us feel at home!

The structure is in a favorable position and set in a very beautiful context: quiet, comfortable, immersed in the green! The owners are a lovely couple, very hospitable and discreet. The room is very nice: equipped with a private balcony and en-suite bathroom, spacious, well furnished, and very clean. The only downside is the breakfast: only packaged products and nothing fresh, but the cappuccino was delicious. Excellent value for money. We will definitely come back.

Found searching on the internet for a comfortable room or mini apartment to reach the Humanitas of Rozzano. It couldn't have gone better, and not just because of the extreme proximity to the healthcare facility. The B&B is really nice, very well-kept, the hosts are very kind and caring towards all guests. Absolutely satisfied. We recommend it to anyone in need.

Very convenient location to Humanitas hospital. Good cleanliness. I was not informed that the bathroom was not in the room, even though it was for exclusive use. Basic breakfast. Due to the early discharge of the patient I was assisting from the hospital, they demanded payment for the entire period. I wouldn't go back.

An excellent trip to Milan where we stayed at the beautiful "Il Grottino"; the room is outstanding, like a comfortable nest, clean and comfortable (everything seems brand new). For someone like me who had a relative hospitalized at Il Grottino, it was truly a blessing. It is located right in front of the hospital gate and is a very cute, comfortable, and extremely clean little house where I felt very good and where the owners did everything to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend it. If necessary, the owners are available to pick you up and take you back to the station.

I had the opportunity to stay at the B&B Il Grottino during a one-day stay at the Humanitas clinic, coming from La Spezia. The location of the structure for me was much more than ten. You exit the gate of this village where the B&B is located, cross a roundabout, on foot of course, and enter the clinic entrance. On Monday morning it was -6 degrees and I guarantee that staying just a few minutes in the cold before facing any admission is very good for the soul. For the other qualities of the B&B, the score remains high because you feel pampered and accepted as one of the family. We therefore thank the husband and wife owners and managers for the welcome and education they have shown.

Very nice B&B, especially regarding the location. Practically a few minutes from all amenities, but located in a private courtyard, very quiet and with a view of the countryside. Stayed only 1 night, in the "Chiara" room. The real gem, however, is the small tavern! Very kind the landlady, she stops to chat very willingly! Only "flaw", the breakfast: it's a shame that all products (cake / snacks, etc.) are packaged. Cappuccino, on the other hand, very good. For being open only for a few months, the break-in is positive! I will consider it for a possible future stay!
