GrigioPerla; tranquility and comfort near Como. The apartment (40mq.) is innovative and welcoming, located on a hilly area, in a quiet village less than 5km. away, from the center of Como. It consists of a spacious sleeping area with a double bed and a single bed (Memory mattresses) and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a double sofa bed. The two rooms are both equipped with separate air conditioning and led TV. The bathroom has a large shower and bidet. Independent heating with condensing boiler

Hi everyone! I'm Lidia and with "GrigioPerla" I want to leave a nice memory of your stay! At the end of 2019 with my husband Tino we renovated an apartment in a house in the town center making it comfortably innovative and welcoming, in order to make the guest feel at home, just as we like to find when we travel. To make the most of the period of stay, we have prepared a wealth of documentation in the apartment available to our guests, aimed at satisfying the most varied needs in terms of information. We give space to our guests but we are available if necessary, thanks also to the fact of living a short distance from the apartment and thus being able to reach it in a very short time. We believe in the tourist potential of our areaand in a pleasure of meeting new people. We are waiting for you !!!

Area hills

Less than 5km- from the "heart" of Como (Piazza Duomo), the hamlet of Ponzate lies on a wooded hill and overlooks an enchanting and boundless panorama. The location is strategic for excursions on foot or by mountain bike. To a few steps from the GrigioPerla there is a well -stocked minimarket with fresh produce, fruit, vegetables and ready meals. Within about 3km. there are several restaurants, pizzerias and bars/pastry shops. By car you can reach the center of Como in about 10 minutes. Going up for about 5 km. you reach Brunate, an extremely popular location for the view of Como and its lake, the Swiss territory and Brianza. Several paths allow you to reach the huts/refuges present on our mountains. A few steps from the apartmentt there is the bus stop which takes you to Como in about 40 minutes, but as the service is not constant, we strongly recommend having your own car.

It was a pleasant stay in a clean, new apartment equipped with all the comforts. Great location, close to Como but at the right distance, in a small quiet village. The hospitality of the managers was impeccable. A place near Como to take advantage of again in the future.

After a spectacular ride through the mountains, we were warmly welcomed by Lydia and Tino. After a thorough explanation about the apartment, sights, and very extensive documentation, we could enjoy the apartment. Lydia and Tino thought of everything. At a maximum of 15 minutes drive from Lake Como, this apartment is definitely worth renting again. Thank you very much, Maren and Eize.
