Renovated smart building one-bedroom apartment in 2022, located on the third floor with elevator access, situated on Via XX Settembre, the main street of the city. Large windows with triple glazing, underfloor heating and air cooling.

Composed of a spacious bedroom with a large window overlooking the ancient Church of Madonna dello Spasimo. Equipped with a spacious wardrobe, bedside tables, and a chest of drawers. Large living room with a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed, television, and a dining table. Design kitchenette equipped with an induction hob and dishwasher.

A bathroom with a large walk-in shower, sink, and bidet. Terrace with a table for 4 people overlooking the church and the main street of the historic center.

Great apartment. Easily big enough for four people, even the pull-out bed on the couch was comfortable. Great location for transport and shopping. Bathroom and kitchen were spotless, patio was great as well.
