I stayed at the sweet Lia's place, I had a great time. The real B&B, in fact Lia provides two rooms in her house with two bathrooms, one for each room. The situation is very peaceful and Lia is exceptional.

I highly recommend staying in the beautiful home of Mrs. Lia. A refined lady with very kind manners. We stayed for 5 days, we are a couple and this was one of our first trips away from home, thanks to Mrs. Lia's kindness we never felt alone but it was like being at our own home. The house is very beautiful and new, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, the bed is very comfortable and we even had a TV in the room, in short, we had a really great time, I conclude this review with a big hug to Lia and with the promise that if we return to Milan, we will stay here again!

The structure in general is modern, welcoming, and minimal (located on the top floor with an elevator). It takes 15 minutes to walk to B&B Lia, but if it rains (like in my case) it becomes complicated, as the pedestrian passage is largely unpaved; however, you can reach B&B Lia directly by bus from the metro stop and there are bars, a pharmacy, and a supermarket nearby, so the location is more than acceptable. I stayed in the French-style room: perfect and very comfortable for one person, acceptable for two for one or two days (the bed is double, but the size of the room is quite small). Perfect bathroom cleanliness, a bit less for the room (clean sheets, just some dust under the bed). Bathroom with bidet equipped with a hairdryer and all necessary towels, shower with curtain. Very kind, helpful, and welcoming lady, with a very "grandmotherly" attitude (edit: she cooks often, just keep the door closed, but it feels like home): she lent me the umbrella I had forgotten; she let me check out around 11, very calmly. Considering that I didn't have breakfast, 50 euros is a bit high, but bearable. I would definitely come back.

My mother and I stayed from January 14, 2020, to January 18, 2020. I would like to point out that I had booked a double room, even though we were only two for one night. Upon arrival, we were given a small French-style room without a wardrobe but with only a hanger and two coat hooks. I had SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED A BATHROOM IN THE ROOM, to which the response was "of course madam, it's a private bathroom", but in reality the bathroom was in the corridor. Furthermore, the room did not have a shutter, so at sunrise you wake up because of the light passing through the simple curtain. My mother needed some life-saving pills that had to be kept in the fridge, so we asked the "kind lady" if we could put them in the fridge and she replied "sir, you can put them outside the window, it's cold and it's as if they were in the fridge". Terrible experience, and the lady's cooking created an unbearable stench every day. Don't be fooled. The lady is very cunning. I highly recommend against it.

The structure is located in a very quiet neighborhood, close to supermarkets open 24/7 and the bus stop, the Policlinico is only a ten-minute walk away, no need for transportation to get there. The room we stayed in was very comfortable, a bit small for three people but livable. The bathroom, although private, is not connected to the room and is located right next door, accessible only from the hallway, however, the cleaning of both environments is done daily and perfectly. Breakfast is served at a bar located around the corner. Mrs. Lia, the owner, lives in the same structure and is available to provide any type of request or need, always ready to chat. The stay itself was very pleasant, the B&B Lia is on the third floor, but this is not a problem since the house has an elevator.

Excellent cleanliness of the room and bathroom, apartment always fragrant and very well-kept. Great hospitality, Mrs. Lia is very kind and helpful. Good location of the apartment, in about 15 minutes on foot you reach the Policlinico. Convenient even if you are by car as parking is easily found (free of charge). A stone's throw away are bus stops, a 24-hour supermarket, bars, tobacco shop, newsstand, pizzerias.

I confirm the proximity to the Policlinico, which was my main interest. Very helpful lady. However, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, only fans; there is an air conditioner in the lady's kitchen living room. Also, there are no shutters or blinds in the rooms, only not too dark curtains. For these last two reasons, I would not recommend it in summer, especially the room with the French bed which is very small and practically uninhabitable for two people. Breakfast consists of croissants and cappuccino at the bar. The bus stop is about 100 meters away.

I stayed at B&B Lia due to my husband's surgery. Mrs. Lia was very helpful and courteous, accommodating all our requests. The room was very clean and welcoming, with a private bathroom. The lady was very kind and even offered to host me for an extra night beyond the contract. I heartily recommend this facility to those who need to go to the Policlinico, as it is well served by supermarkets, shops, and bars, and is a 15-minute walk from the hospital. My husband Arnaldo Manstretta stayed at B&B Lia, managed by Mrs. Lia, a kind, correct, and helpful person. The ratings given to the structure can only be excellent. The only flaw found concerns breakfast, which is served at a nearby bar, probably in agreement with Mrs. Lia. Breakfast consists of a cappuccino and a croissant, but it could be improved as it becomes repetitive over time. While it may be acceptable for one or two days, for those accustomed to homemade products, it becomes less acceptable in the long run, considering that they are industrial products. It could be enhanced with a fresh orange juice. Overall, the experience is very good.

Good morning, my sister and I stayed at B&B Lia for five days. It was like being at a relative's house. Lia is exceptional! Reserved, helpful, and caring. The room and the bathroom are very clean. The fragrant towels are changed every day. Very quiet and comfortable apartment, located on the top floor of a building with an elevator. Not far from the Policlinico, 8/10 minutes on foot.

Everything perfect, I felt like at home. Beautiful room and bathroom, very clean, breakfast is served in the bar downstairs and it's really convenient because you can have it at any time. The landlady, Lia, is fantastic, polite and helpful.

I stayed at the B&B Lia for the Immaculate Conception bridge with my husband and another couple of friends. Right from the start we felt comfortable with the owner, very nice, friendly, and helpful. Nice and clean rooms. Clean towels every day. For breakfast, the lady wisely decided to partner with the bar in front of the B&B to allow her customers to have it there. The rooms are located on the 4th floor of a building served by a convenient elevator. I recommend everyone a weekend in this B&B.

Good morning, I stayed for 2 nights at the B&B Lia with Mrs. Lia, who proved to be very kind, caring, and helpful from the start. The apartment is located on the top floor of a building served by an elevator, and this, in my opinion, is an advantage as we were not disturbed by neighbors; the place is very quiet, the structure is modern, comfortable, and well-kept in detail. Impeccable cleanliness and a scent that is immediately felt in the environment. I thank Mrs. Lia again for her kindness and greet her affectionately also on behalf of my wife. I definitely recommend this delightful B&B if you are in the San Donato or Milan area.
