Who stayed was my daughter, not me. She found the staff super friendly, as I could also find out. The only downside I could say is that they have not yet adapted to the growing number of vegan travelers, who need a breakfast without animal-derived components: for example, they should offer a choice between two types of plant-based drinks (for example, almond "milk" and rice "milk" -one of them different from soy or hazelnut, because someone is allergic- and two types of vegan cookies or pastries). It is not difficult to find them in the largest supermarkets, and non-vegans can also eat them.
