When the weather permits we serve breakfast outdoors, under the direction of the blue sea and the green vegetation.

We opted for breakfast Classic.

Milk, Caffe ', The, fruit juices, jams, honey, yogurt accompanying fresh and fragrant from the oven:
Brioches sourdough empty or filled with jam or cream.

Three types of savory focaccia, typical of Liguria, with just olive oil and salt, as well as focaccia, with sage, with olives, or covered with soft flavorful dried onion in the pan, poor food once.

Rusks and biscuits are always available.

The property is very quiet and well maintained, with a spectacular view that allows for a pleasant walk towards the cliff. Very good Ligurian flatbreads served fresh for breakfast by Mr. Mario in the morning. Easy and private parking.

We had a great time. The place is very nice and the structure is wonderful and well maintained. The manager is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back and recommend it to those who want to enjoy a quiet holiday close to beautiful places to visit.

Beautiful and welcoming structure. It is located in a hilly area but close to the center of Zoagli and the sea. Zoagli is a small and delightful village, not very chaotic, where you can take a walk or stop at one of the numerous available beaches. The location of the structure allows a unique panoramic view, characterized by a park and olive trees and a wonderful sea view. The structure has parking and the rooms are well furnished and welcoming with private bathroom. The owners are friendly, hospitable, and have plenty of advice for various activities to do during the stay.

Structure with a fantastic view. Very clean and in a very quiet area. A true paradise. Just a few minutes from Zoagli and Chiavari. Unfortunately, access to the sea from the structure is very complex because the staircase carved into the rock is state-owned and maintenance is not the responsibility of the manager, who cannot intervene. Apart from this, you can easily move around by car. Mr. Mario is a great worker along with his sister. He enjoys having a chat. If someone doesn't like it, just let him know. He was very helpful with us and provided us with many useful tips. The structure enjoys one of the most beautiful views I have seen in Italy. Thanks to the managers.

I had a wonderful holiday in a charming place, well-kept, managed with love and professionalism by Mr. Mario assisted by his sister Giovanna. Seeing the photos on the website, I expected a spectacular view, but believe me, the photos do not do justice to this place that leaves you speechless from the first moment you step through the entrance. The rooms are very spacious, as is the bathroom, all the furniture is in harmony and well-kept, not to mention the parquet flooring that is hard to find even in the best hotels. The breakfast is plentiful and of excellent quality, and in any case, just ask Mr. Mario who does everything to please his guests, a wonderful person.

Mario and Giovanna are the two kind, friendly and nice owners, excellent "masters of the house", absolutely caring and attentive to every detail. Pay attention to Mario who, with his charisma and his sympathy, distracts you from a view and a landscape that, together with the peace and immersion in nature, provide for the maieutic, the elevation of the spirit, the well-being of the body and soul. Perfect for spending days of absolute rest with a breathtaking view. Waking up with a view of the sea without lifting your head from the pillow is priceless. The structure is located in the middle of a small valley all planted with beautiful olive trees. You are practically in the green, with the sea accompanying you every minute of the day. Maybe the beach is missing but there is a beautiful terrace of green lawn with tables, umbrellas, and sun loungers. Then, with a walk among the olive trees, you can go down to the sea for long walks and visit all the beautiful villages in the surrounding area, you can also take excursions by sea. The rooms are very well-kept and clean. Spacious, comfortable, clean bathroom also equipped with a washing machine. Everything is provided and having forgotten the hairdryer, the owner kindly provided me with one. Not only that, the breakfast, as we had already been informed previously, was not planned at this time due to lack of staff, but the owner and his sister did everything and really committed themselves to prepare a truly delicious breakfast for everyone on the terrace, with fresh brioches, various types of focaccia bought in the morning directly from the baker. Upon the request of some customers who had dietary problems, they provided them with truly homemade jam. For the rest, they gave us advice on where to eat and where to take beautiful walks, what to visit to enjoy our weekend to the fullest. In conclusion, I am a lover of the beach but even though it wasn't so close to the structure here, I did not regret choosing this structure that gave me 3 days of pure relaxation. Terre di Mare in Liguria is truly a charming place. The room, in a corner with double windows, overlooked the sea. The bathroom is spacious with a nice shower. Our room was part of an apartment, but we didn't see the other rooms. Excellent breakfast served on the terrace-garden overlooking the sea (only flaw: the cappuccino was missing, but everything was really excellent, they even let us choose the brioches the day before). I give a 9 for the location because the only drawback is the difficulty of entering the parking lot and the fact that you have to take the car to go to the sea. Overall, I highly recommend this property, also for the kindness of the owners. I hope to return.

Buongiorno Elisa, lei ha avuto la possibilità di utilizzare una piacevole camera matrimoniale con due finestre ad angolo panoramiche sul mare e sul parco. Anche il grande bagno con la doccia tonda piace, grazie dell'apprezzamento. I parcheggi in Liguria "sono avari" di spazio, cosa pensava che dicessi, intendevo mancanti di un po' di spazio. Avendo 12 posti auto disponibili pensavo che sarei stato a posto, è andata male. A parte le mie spiritosaggini sono soddisfatto della bella recensione che mi ha regalato. Adesso aspetto qui a Terre di Mare i suoi conoscenti e nuovamente anche Elisa. Un Abbraccio da Mario e Giovanna.

I give a very high rating for a number of reasons: the availability of the managers is commendable, as is their kindness. The property enjoys an enviable position, with a very beautiful and green panorama. At the same time, despite the decentralized and quiet area, the property is convenient both for reaching the center of Zoagli and for Chiavari. Very good value for money. Breakfast is not only abundant, but also served like at home. You feel like guests of a family, like at home. Highly recommended.

Really beautiful structure, super welcoming managers, they made you feel like you were at home. The chalets are located in the middle of nature, very quiet and with infinite peace. Fantastic view and delicious breakfast. I would gladly return.

What can I say except: visit this place. It's a gem of Terre di Mare in Liguria! Located on one of the most beautiful coasts that the Bel Paese offers us! With people managing it who, it might be their job, but they really welcomed us. Already at the start when I had to give the deposit amount Mr. Mario came to my aid having had technical problems with the bank transfer. We decided at the last minute to extend our stay and there were no problems. In short, excellent. A dream place with people who still want to talk to other people without ulterior motives or technological distractions now permanently present. Of course, they also have Wi-Fi but, personally, don't even ask for the password and enjoy your vacation.

Tu hai studiato per diventare un attore ed anche io ti do un voto, 10 anche perché essendo giovanissimo hai il tempo di diventare molto bravo. Hai avuto il "braccino corto" per i voti, mi abbassono la media e la gente spesso accetta incondizionatamente le valutazioni. Quando tornerai, come hai promesso, insieme decidiamo la tua colazione preferita per arrivare a 10 di valutazione. Ovviamente non ho nulla da rimproverarti, si fa per essere spiritosi. Tu e la tua compagna siete stati clienti perfetti e un'ottima compagnia per me e per mia sorella Giovanna. A presto, e porta degli amici! Mario.

Beautiful panoramic position, early morning awakening with sea view and forest sloping towards the sea. Room with bathroom, large enough for two people. Despite the heating being on, I suffered a bit from the cold even with the addition of blankets. Isolated in the room as far as phone reception, although moving outside is enough; WiFi works well instead. Useful information extensively provided by the managers regarding places to visit and locations. Abundant breakfast with fresh products, both sweet and savory. Possibility to stay with animals in a rustic cottage near the main house. It is necessary to use a car for getting around and it is not always easy to find parking in nearby locations. Excellent place to rest and relax with good readings, there is no television in the room.

Signore Luciana e Lorella siete state ospitate in un momento di intenso freddo con allerta gialla per la pioggia e rossa per il vento di mare, la vostra camera aveva sopra il terrazzo e pertanto era effettivamente più fredda, potevamo integrare il tradizionale riscaldamento anche e contemporaneamente col climatizzatore come avevo suggerito al vostro arrivo, non lo avete chiesto. mi spiace, l'avrei fatto con piacere. In passato abbiamo subito il furto di tutti gli apparecchi televisivi, speriamo di non venire esclusi da chi desidera vedere la tv. È possibile averne una a richiesta. Place chosen by browsing Google Earth for its unique location; I was positively impressed by this experience for many reasons. Hosted in a chalet separate from the main structure, I found myself immersed in the greenery in an environment congenial to me: a quiet olive grove invaded by the typical Mediterranean scrub that with its scents of herbs along with the sound of seagulls and other animals typical of these woods makes the stay even more enjoyable. An enviable location, ideal for those who want to regenerate from stress in an environment where nature makes its presence felt at times even wild. I note the presence of some mosquitoes increasing in the evening, perhaps attracted by the small lanterns that in the dark make the path among the olive trees connecting to the parking lot suggestive. The structure was very comfortable and clean, with large windows (notable sea view), the possibility of cooking with gas stoves, drinkable tap water, refrigerator, functional toilets; actually, I didn't expect so much from a B&B. Good value for money. The owner, Mr. Mario, is a reasonable, straightforward person who is generous with advice on what to visit and where to go to appreciate the beauties of the area; he proved pleasantly talkative and open to a frank dialogue. Also Giovanna, the sister, a literature professor with an artistic spirit, was caring in serving breakfast (always to our liking) and very discreet in meeting our needs. Perhaps due to the family management, the small size of the complex, the friendliness and willingness to chat of the owners that at the end of our stay, my wife and I, had the impression of having spent a pleasant time with old friends. We hope to be able to return.

I stayed two nights in this bed and breakfast with my husband taking advantage of a special offer (two nights for the price of one) convenient for the trails of Portofino Park. Quiet place with sea view. Excellent breakfast served in the garden. Friendly and nice hosts. We had a great time. Recommended! Terre di Mare in Liguria.

Giovanna and Mario welcomed me with great courtesy and availability. I felt pampered and cared for. The location of the B&B is extraordinary. Dopo essermi "ritirato sull'Aventino" perché mi sono sentito offeso da alcune recensioni, ho deciso di riprendere a rispondere alle recensioni belle e brutte. Auspico che lei torni da noi, mi dica come migliorare la nostra classica colazione, che può essere migliorata, ma tenga presente che non vogliamo stravolgere il contenuto attuale ne aumentare il prezzo del soggiorno. Evidenzio, per chi non sa, che in Terre di Mare in Liguria la colazione è servita al tavolo! Il mare non è vicinissimo, ma siamo in un parco naturale di 26.000 mq col mare e la scogliera sotto il nostro parco, la scogliera è Comunale non è permesso fare interventi di nessun genere, neppure per migliorare l'accesso. Era informato che poteva raggiungere la scogliera in auto per mezzo della strada privata dal residence? In estate raggiungere il mare "nostro" in zona privata è assolutamente piacevole, se confrontato al mare libero delle spiagge vicine, molto affollate questo angolo ancora allo stato naturale rimane un un sogno. Cerchiamo collaboratori che desiderano lavorare in questo ambiente per investire e migliorare la struttura, ci tenga presenti. L'aspettiamo. Mario.

The guesthouse is located just below a very busy road. Due to the heat, it was impossible to keep the window closed at night, and the owner had "forgotten" to provide us with air conditioning. So we didn't sleep much. For breakfast, us French, we didn't have any cold cuts or fruits like it was served to other guests right after us. It's a shame because the place is superb and the owner's sister is very kind.

Hello. What can I say, my partner and I, we were there last weekend and we only have wonderful things to say about the place and, above all, about the hosts. The place is, to say the least, enchanting and, in our opinion, all the photos in the world wouldn't be enough to understand how beautiful it is, one should go there. The hosts, Mr. Mario and his sister Mrs. Giovanna, are two polite, intelligent, friendly people with whom you can talk about everything without problems and from them you can learn and discover many things, both culturally and in terms of information, entertainment, customs and many other things. It's pleasant and interesting to converse with them, my partner and I, especially, were amazed and fascinated by their talks, their stories and their culture, and we chatted very pleasantly with them. The double room is beautiful, comfortable and warm, the view outside the room has a dreamy, quiet, relaxing and idyllic sea view. Mario and Giovanna also recommended us magnificent places to visit and where to taste local typical products. Although we know this part of the coast quite well, it's always a delightful thing to visit at least once a year, something we try to do every year. In conclusion, we will definitely return to this bed and breakfast, because we found a more than fair balance between quality, price and, I repeat, above all, the people who manage this corner of Paradise excellently, amidst a thousand difficulties but with passion. I conclude as I began, what can I say.. my partner and I hope to return soon and we wish Mario and Giovanna all the best they deserve, and we thank them for giving us a memorable weekend.. Wonderful place. Ideal for relaxing in front of a magnificent view of a blue sea surrounded by the green of the park that surrounds it. My partner and I had a great time and felt pampered by Mr. Mario and his sister from start to finish. Structure in a panoramic position, clean room, friendly hosts. It would be appropriate to include a road sign especially when arriving from the direction of Rapallo. I believe that during spring/summer it is an excellent reference point for holidays in the area.

We spent 2 nights at this B&B arriving on Christmas Day and we were very impressed. We took advantage of a last-minute offer for two nights at a great price for what the property offered. First of all, the location is fantastic and the view is breathtaking. The property is surrounded by an olive grove and the rooms overlook the Gulf of Tigullio. In the morning, as soon as you wake up, you can see the sea and being in a not too illuminated area, at night you can admire the starry sky. The rooms are modern, simple, and clean. Contrary to what someone said earlier, the rooms are very warm, having practically new fixtures. Our breakfast included fresh focaccia and croissants bought directly from Mr. Mario in the morning, exactly what I hoped to find in a B&B in Liguria. To reach the sea, you take a staircase that crosses the olive grove, a stream, and emerges on a cliff where you can swim. We were fortunate to have two mild days despite it being Christmas and we didn't miss the opportunity to take a refreshing bath in the clean waters of the gulf. Of course, the water was not warm but it was worth it! A thank you to the kind Mr. Mario and his sister for the hospitality, with the hope of returning soon to visit you again.

We really liked it. The location with the sea view is wonderful. Also the garden with the many beautiful plants is great. There is a long staircase to a private beach. The rooms are renovated, modern and nicely furnished. Some, however, are very small. Our room smelled of damp when the windows were closed for a long time. Maybe it's not as bad in summer anymore. It bothered me. The breakfast was a bit sparse. There was juice and coffee, a croissant per person, 1 yogurt and salty bread (local specialty), plus jams. The value for money was absolutely fair. The host is very nice and puts a lot of effort into it. We would go back there.

We were at Mario's beautiful Terre di Mare in Liguria at the beginning of June and it was wonderful. Tucked away in a huge plot full of olive trees and with a breathtaking view of the sea. Every morning we could start the day with a good breakfast in the garden in front of the house overlooking the sea. Through a small private path we could go directly down to the sea from our apartment and had almost a rocky private beach. Mario and his sister are very welcoming and we will definitely come back this year. Highly recommended. Linguistically we managed with some Italian, English, French mix but somehow we already understand each other :) See you soon.

We stayed at this property from New Year's Eve until today, the place is magical, surrounded by olive trees and lemon trees with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Tigullio. We think the residence is beautiful in every season of the year! To reach the cliff below there are stairs, illuminated at night, at the end of the stairs you enter a forest that seems enchanted, and after a short walk the marvelous spectacle of the sea opens up. We will definitely come back to visit Mr. Mario and Mrs. Giovanna, truly hospitable, courteous, and caring people.

The place is enchanting, very quiet and has a stunning terrace overlooking the sea. We spent only one night in this B&B, but we were amazed by the beauty of Zoagli and the olive grove hill on which the structure stands. The managers are very kind and offer valuable information about the restaurants in the area and the best attractions/beaches. Very nice house with beautiful view on the sea. The house is very well kept by Mario. We had a very pleasant holidays there and strongly recommend this place. The only negative point was the breakfast, which is a bit small (the choice) and maybe for those who do not have a car, the location of the house. (not in the center of Zoagli).

A delightful place, fabulous tranquility, away from the chaos. You can only hear the sounds of nature and the sea. At night, there is an unreal silence. The managers are incredibly kind and helpful in everything, even for culinary advice. The place is very well maintained and pleasant, there is access to the sea via a staircase (perhaps not suitable for everyone) but we liked it a lot. In ten minutes on foot you reach the cliff where it is possible to swim. I recommend it to those looking for tranquility and nature. I am really happy and I will definitely return many times.
