Let yourself be lulled by the waves of the sea from the window of our apartment, where you will see seagulls swirling undisturbed by the nightlife that awaits you just steps away.

This romantic nest is located in the heart of the city on Via Roma, in the most exclusive area with restaurants, wine bars, nightclubs, sandy beaches, and international designer shops.

It is situated on the third floor with a modern elevator inside a historic building, adorned with a large atrium featuring a seascape painting.

The very bright and sunny bedroom retains its original early 1900s appearance, with a high ceiling of 4 meters adorned with stucco and a large crystal chandelier.

On a shiny ceramic floor rests your white quilted faux leather double bed, topped with a large velvet tapestry.

An ivory-colored four-season wardrobe is ideal for keeping your clothes in order for soirées.

You will have at your complete disposal a charming living room with a balcony overlooking Via Roma, furnished in a modern style with a white faux leather sofa that can be converted into a double bed with a memory foam mattress.

The tortora-colored open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, and everything that makes a vacation comfortable at an affordable price. A trendy table and chairs await you for candlelit dinners.

The gem of the apartment is the completely new and spacious bathroom, adorned with sea blue tiles, featuring a corner shower with a glass enclosure, a shell-shaped sink topped with a wall-to-wall mirror, a bidet, and modern toilet.

It is located in a Liberty-style building where you will find a mix of period details (high ceilings, a chandelier, tapestry) combined with the modernity of an elevator that takes you directly to the third floor. The apartment features modern elements such as a completely renovated bathroom, a faux leather sofa, and wall sconces.

I will be your support in providing information on where to enjoy seafood dishes, take walks by the sea, and discover hidden corners of incredible natural and architectural beauty.

I had a fabulous week, during the Festival week. Very comfortable, clean and beautiful apartment, in a great location, just steps from the Ariston theater, complete with everything you need. It's wonderful to wake up in the morning and see the sea from the window to start the day in the best way. A special thanks to Mrs. Clara who was very kind in her valuable advice, and courteous in all the information provided. It is my priority and definitely worth returning to Sanremo.

For my first time setting foot in Sanremo, I must say it was exceptional. Honestly, after 10 hours of travel, with all the accumulated fatigue, being escorted to the apartment, with nothing in return, was truly a move that definitely works in their favor. Excellent stay, peace and tranquility characterized this strange and intense stay, but with a positive note, it was well equipped with everything and is a point that allows you to reach many areas of Sanremo. For me, it was truly a beautiful experience that I would recommend to everyone, but especially to couples choosing the Romantic Nest.

Perfect location, behind the Ariston and a stone's throw from the sea. Waking up in the morning and seeing the sea from the window was beautiful. Kindness beyond the norm of the owner, really everything perfect! I highly recommend it.

Together with my boyfriend, we stayed for a week as guests in this lovely apartment and we were very happy: it is very central, close to all services and although it overlooks the busiest street in San Remo, it is very airy and the sleeping area remains opposite to the night traffic.
