The Affittacamere Monica is located in Levanto.

It is about 800 meters from the beach and 250 meters from the train station: from here you can take the train to visit the beautiful Cinque Terre. In just 5 minutes you will reach Monterosso al Mare, the first village of this wonderful National Park.

The villages are about 5 minutes away by train from each other. If, on the other hand, you have more time available, a boat trip is absolutely not to be missed: you will find yourself experiencing the thrill of seeing unique and unforgettable landscapes.

We have single and double rooms, equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, mini fridge, TV and Wi-Fi.

Upon your arrival we will be happy to give you all the useful information to visit our territory.

I booked the single room, very cute and comfortable. The manager is kind and helpful, I received a friendly welcome. I can only recommend it, especially to those traveling by train: the station is very easy to reach! Thanks to the structure for making my adventure in the 5 Terre easy.

Highly recommended! The property is very close to the station, so it is very convenient for visiting the 5 lands. Also, there is the availability of free parking near the property. They are not many, but we found them. The owner is super kind and provided us with all the necessary information. Also, there are two bicycles available for guests, which is very convenient. I would come back!

Very good location, less than 10 minutes walk from the sea. The structure provides two bikes for everyone to move around. Comfortable room with private bathroom, mini fridge, air conditioning, and satellite TV. Cleaning is more than good. Manager very helpful, courteous, and friendly. He gave us all the necessary information to move both to Levanto and to the 5 Terre. For those arriving by car, it could be difficult to park for free near the structure. However, following the manager's advice, we had no problems in this regard.

My husband and I stayed at this property in July, the boy who welcomed us was kind and helpful. Close to the center, to the station to reach the 5 lands, 10 minutes walk to the sea. The cleaning is excellent. We had a great time.

Great location, close to the train station, the city center, and not far from the sea. The manager is very helpful and offered us useful advice for our vacation plans. Two free bicycles are available for guests, not bookable in advance. In the room, there is a mini fridge, but there is also the possibility to store food and heat it in the common room with a fridge and microwave. I would recommend the structure to friends and relatives.

The owner (Mario) is really very friendly, gives good advice for hikes and always smiling. Apparently close to the train station in a quiet area, good bedding, functional bathroom and very clean room. Rich and varied breakfast (yogurts, focaccia, tarts, orange juice...). Levanto is very pretty with some top restaurants and wine bars. Thank you for this very pleasant moment.

Near the station to visit the 5 lands without parking the car in a paid area. To see the center and go to the sea on foot. Clean structure, great breakfast, and maximum availability from the owner of the structure.\n\nI recommend it.

I recently stayed for a short vacation in the Cinque Terre. I must say that the location is optimal, close to the train station and a few minutes from the town center. Mr. Manlio, a very helpful person, provided us with many suggestions on how to get around and places to eat with excellent results. Perfect breakfast with fresh focaccia and croissants and everything you need. Highly recommended structure.

Excellent and well-kept B&B, fully met our expectations. Strategic location, close to the station and the center of Levanto. We were immediately greeted with great courtesy, kindness, and availability; we were given many important information and suggestions to make the most of our weekend discovering the Cinque Terre. The breakfast was abundant and tasty, even though it is not a gluten-free B&B, many products specifically sourced for my celiac disease were made available to me (bread, muffins, yogurt). Fully satisfied with the welcome, we will definitely return soon.

Manager and staff very kind, attentive and helpful. Fantastic breakfast. Perfect location to reach the Cinque Terre by train. With a walk you can also reach the center and the seafront of Levanto, very nice to visit.

Structure and furnishings not brand new but clean and comfortable room (except for the noisy fridge, you can still unplug it if not needed). Exceptional location, close to Levanto station, therefore an excellent base for visiting the Cinque Terre and other locations on the Riviera di Levante. The manager was very helpful both in providing the opportunity to have breakfast for my partner (who is celiac and therefore needs gluten-free products) and in giving directions on places to visit. Furthermore, he provided two bikes, with which we cycled, always on the manager's recommendation, the new Levanto-Framura cycle path, spectacular and which we did not know.

B&B very practical. Well located, we could easily park around. We didn't need to move our vehicle because the property is 10 minutes from the seaside and the center and 250 meters from the train station to visit the villages.

If you arrive by car, park in front of the B&B and don't touch it anymore, even if the restaurants and beaches are a bit far away.\n\nAbsolutely perfect for exploring the Cinque Terre by train.\n\nComfortable room, impeccable bathroom.

The location is excellent for visiting the Cinque Terre. However, the proximity to the train station does not cause any disturbance. Cleanliness, discretion, availability. The price is among the lowest in the area. I highly recommend it.
