B & B my Sunrise in Rome is located in the heart of Rome's historic district of San Giovanni a few steps from the Coliseum and from all the main sites of historical and cultural interest. is located in Via Appia Nuova, 197-00183 Rome.
The Appian Way, where is located our B & B offers a number of commercial services: shopping, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets, banks, post office, playground free in Piazza Re di Roma and much more.
Our B & B is located a 3-minute walk from the metro line A Re of Rome. Also, just in front of our entrance you will find the stop of the many buses that will take you directly to the major places of interest. Service

My Sunrise in Rome offers 4 large rooms with all the comforts, with hardwood floors and a private bathroom.

The landlord was very kind and helpful from the beginning, the location makes it perfect to reach the center and the most interesting attractions. The room lacked absolutely nothing, there was everything needed. A bit noisy area, the only flaw.

The structure is very well organized! The manager is super nice and very organized. Nothing is left to chance. A few touch-ups to the bathroom, but otherwise very good. Andrea, remember to change the batteries in the air conditioning remote control! And maybe add a few more fruits, but for the price, it's really all ok. Really strategic location. Functional elevator. If I really have to find a flaw, it would be to add the possibility of having a decaffeinated coffee.

Great location, very close to the Re di Roma metro stop. Cleaning ok, bathroom to be reviewed. However, it is too noisy, it needs to be isolated a bit because the room faces the Appia Nuova which is busy at all times. No breakfast, left yogurt and milk out of the fridge and honestly never used.

Very nice accommodations and equal to the description given by the manager, the breakfast is limited but in line with Covid rules. Convenient access to the subway. The accommodations are on the seventh floor with an elevator.

Kind and helpful managers, but the service is a bit poor. The shower is very small and the water dispenser is full of limescale, making it a challenge to shower. Additionally, the bidet is missing, not specified. Cleaning and services provided need improvement.

Nothing to say about the rooms and the location, not far from the center and close to the subway station. Unfortunately, we are disappointed by the owner's welcome and the breakfast that absolutely did not reflect what was described on the website.

Beautiful property in a great location, not far from San Giovanni Laterano and the Colosseum, well served by public transport. The owners are very kind, they also recommended us where to have a good lunch and dinner. The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, bright and airy! I recommend this B&B to all those who want to visit the capital.

Hi, Great experience at 'Alloggio Re di Roma' B&B. The owner was super helpful and kind, the room was clean and very spacious. Simple but very nice. The location was very convenient, close to Re di Roma metro station (5 minutes walk). The area is not beautiful (more on the other side of the spectrum), but it's totally safe and, as mentioned, very conveniently close to the metro station. Quality-price relation was superb. I totally recommend this accommodation!

This B&B is truly a little gem! Very clean, well-kept, in a good location (near the metro, Re di Roma stop), but the most pleasant aspect is the manager, Ashraf, extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to give good suggestions and advice. We will definitely return.
