The facility is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, especially the croissants brought in the morning directly by Mr. Franco, who was very caring and kind. The products from the bakery located right under the facility are also excellent.

Good bed and breakfast located just outside the center, quiet and peaceful. It is in a good position to conveniently reach the monuments to visit. The comfortable and clean room is equipped with air conditioning, essential this summer. It is really economical. Excellent base as a stop for long trips or for sightseeing in the surroundings where there are many small towns full of history to visit.

Essential structure with two rooms with private bathroom in the room and kitchen use. Furnished in antique style. With air conditioning in the rooms. A few meters from the center with parking possibility. Below the apartment, there is a baker named Massimo who makes excellent focaccia. Kind and helpful. Provides great advice. This creates a small discomfort in summer as the small kitchen becomes particularly hot.

Decent structure. Something to review especially in the furnishings. As a base for a long trip, still excellent. Last note: the host should warn in advance that it is not possible to pay with the POS in order to avoid having to look for an ATM on the morning of the apartment check-out.

We stopped only to sleep and leave the next day, but we were very kindly welcomed by Mr. Franco who also brought us 3 freshly baked croissants for breakfast. We will return for a visit to the center of Anagni. Highly recommended!

Mr. Franco and his wife are extremely kind and very helpful people. Their strength lies in the generosity that is also translated not only through the information that Mr. Franco makes available to us to better visit Anagni and its surroundings. Even though our vacation is not over yet, we are already nostalgic to leave this place, especially because they have become part of our family, always present but with great discretion and no intrusiveness. They are wonderful, we will always carry them in our hearts and in our memories, hoping to return as soon as possible!

Mr. Franco and his wife are exceptional people, they are always attentive to any need and are extremely generous. They have made our stay wonderful with the indications of the places to visit. The room is a bit dark, you could already tell from the pictures, but the double bed was very comfortable. It is very sunny, so the air conditioner is essential. The bunk bed is a bit unstable, at night the safety bar of the upper bed even came off! There are no support points (chairs, poufs, table), the bedside tables are very small. The bathroom is narrow, without a bidet and without support points (shelves, hooks, cabinets). As for breakfast, I have to say it was a real disaster: packaged products were only two of each type (we were 4) and in the evening the table was completely emptied, leaving only 3 packets of biscuits. I also brought some gluten-free products that I had bought, but they were consumed as well! So, breakfast on the second day was missed. Only 3 croissants were brought by the manager in the morning at 6, so he clearly realized that the table was empty, but did nothing, he left it that way. At the time of payment, we expressed our complaints and I would have expected at least a discount on the cost of breakfast, but the owner blamed a lady who lives in the same building, I didn't quite understand. The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired, there were several ants on the floor in the kitchen and a lot of dust in the room. I don't think we will come back.

Beautiful property, equipped with all modern comforts and beautiful retro and vintage furnishings. The apartment is in a strategic position near one of the historic gates of the city of Anagni, making it very convenient to visit the historic center. The owner is very kind, attentive to every need, and reachable by phone at any time for any indication or information about the town. Despite it being a short stay, we felt well welcomed and even pampered. Truly a place to happily return to visit the beautiful Anagni.

Extremely clean, new structure, meticulously cared for, a stone's throw from the center and with the possibility of parking right under the window of the room. The owner is helpful and very kind, for breakfast he spoiled us with brioches, juices, yogurt, and various cookies. The bakery on the ground floor is another must-see attraction in Anagni. I highly recommend it.

Extremely clean and beautifully furnished accommodation. It's evident that it has been recently renovated. The owner Franco was extremely helpful, even though he was notified last minute of our arrival. He allowed us to park the car right in front of the house, with the possibility of seeing it from the room window. For breakfast, he provided us with two delicious filled brioches, plus many other packaged and non-packaged snacks (there were also some homemade cookies with jam, but the brioches were too big to also taste those: D). I absolutely recommend staying at this property, equipped with all necessary comforts.
