Description

40 square meter apartment, perfect for three people, consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a loft double bed, and a armchair that converts into a single bed. Beautifully furnished and equipped with a garden and outdoor space furnished with a BBQ. Guests can freely use our private parking.

We are a 5-minute walk from the historic center and about 15/20 minutes walk from the beach.

By car, it is possible to reach numerous tourist attractions, such as Sperlonga, Gaeta, Sabaudia, and the Circeo promontory. It is also possible to do numerous hikes.

I grew up in a small family-run guesthouse, then I took different paths before returning to hospitality with my wife. For ten years, we managed an accommodation facility in Umbria. Now, we work both here in Terracina and in Rome.

We really enjoy traveling. We were born as backpackers, and even now we love to travel around the world with our daughter, trying to pass on this wonderful passion to her.
