Apartment located in the heart of Centocelle, 5 minutes walk from the C Gardenie metro, suitable for hosting 4 people using the comfortable French sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment was completely renovated in a modern style in May 2024.
The bright and very quiet structure is equipped with all the comforts necessary to make your stay pleasant and relaxing.
The property is divided into two separate rooms characterized by a living room with open kitchen with balcony, bedroom and bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped, equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, 4 burner induction hob with all the accessories/utensils necessary for preparing meals. In the living room with kitchenette, there is the Smart TV, the air conditioner, the table with 4 chairs, and the sofa bed. The living room overlooks a comfortable balcony.
The bathroom, fully equipped and with window, has an anteroom with sink and mirror, followed by the room equipped with a comfortable shower cabin, bidet and toilet. There are both hairdryers and dispensers with body and hair products. Each room is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Bed/bath linen is provided together with all the products necessary for cleaning during your stay.
The bedroom has air conditioning, Smart TV, 160X180 double bed, 4-door wardrobe, dresser and 2 bedside tables
