It was a wonderful vacation full of relaxation and serenity. We returned to Terracina after years and it was the best. Availability and professionalism are not the only adjectives to describe Lucilla. She is truly an exceptional person if not a great and good lady, in her we not only found a friend but we felt like family. We will definitely return because when you meet beautiful and true people, it's always a pleasure to come back and see them.

Excellent structure just a stone's throw from the sea, owners always available and very kind. Breakfast with sea view always very refined, we will definitely come back.

Unfair and opportunistic manager, had given me availability which was then canceled during the payment phase, no payment details are provided and then the same room is found for sale at a higher price, if I had made the payment I would have received a double blow. I do not recommend.

Signora Simone buonasera, le comunico che lei è in errore poiché non è stata mai nella mia struttura. L'appartamento che le avevo proposto era di una carissima amica che ha affittato per una settimana per sua opportunità e non mia. Il tutto è successo, come lei ben sa, nella serata della mia conferma non sapendo che la location nel frattempo era stata confermata da altri ospiti. Stiamo parlando di una vacatio tra domanda e offerta di circa 10 ore prima. Quindi la diffido dal comunicare notizie infondate grazie.

We stayed at Mr. Roberto's place for the June 2nd long weekend. We were greeted with warmth and friendliness: a truly special person, welcoming, helpful, and always ready to give us good advice on places to see and excellent restaurants where we then had dinner. The room was beautiful, well-furnished, comfortable beds, which is important when you are out and about all day and need to rest at night. Also, cleanliness and order: always appreciated. The property is located in a quiet area, very close to the center and the sea. Highly recommended! If we come back, we will definitely stay here.

Excellent accommodation, caring welcome from Mrs. Nocilla and Mr. Roberto who made my stay delightful and pampered like a distinguished guest. A very pleasant stay, considered a friend in every way. Highly recommended for those who want to visit Terracina.
