The Villa Adriana Bed & Breakfast is located very close to the historic Villa Adriana, which has been declared a UNESCO heritage site. It is 2.5 km from Villa D'Este and Villa Gregoriana.
There are several places of historical and natural interest that can be visited, and it is an ideal starting point for tours of Lazio or visits to Rome.
Our bed and breakfast is strategically located for easy access to the Terme di Tivoli (2 km), the Guidonia Military Airport, the Aquapiper water park (1 km), and the Rainbow MagicLand amusement park (40 minutes by car).
We have bedrooms all with private bathrooms. The price includes a buffet breakfast available without time restrictions. Free Wi-Fi internet is available!

The interior of the structure is very clean and tidy, and the terrace accessible from the kitchen is very welcoming. It is very convenient to be able to use a real kitchen, well equipped. The mattresses are excellent. The only downside is the location, on the first floor of a building surrounded by other buildings. I suggest it, however, for short stays. The welcome is good.

The B&B is very clean and comfortable. It is managed by very polite young people. I had a good time, and the location is enviable: just a few steps from Villa Adriana.
