The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the other room has a bunk bed and a single bed, ideal for families or groups of friends. The full bathroom is equipped with a shower.

You can enjoy your morning coffee or an outdoor meal on the balcony, which is furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and sunshades.

The apartment also has a dishwasher and a washing machine, so you don't have to worry about cleaning.

We provide you with detergents and cleaning products. Finally, to ensure your comfort, the apartment is equipped with a natural gas boiler and fans in every room.

Area mid-centre

The area is residential, mainly inhabited during the summer period. The city center is a 5-minute drive or a pleasant half-hour walk along the seafront. Just behind the house, there is a shopping center with a well-stocked supermarket. Quick access to both the Via Appia and Pontina. Rome is 109 km away, while Naples is 166 km away. Terracina is served by a good long-distance bus network that allows you to reach the train stations of Monte San Biagio and Latina, where there are frequent trains to Rome and Naples.

Everything perfect, clean and well-kept apartment in a perfect strategic position. Perfect. Mrs. Francesca is really kind and very nice, highly recommended, we will definitely come back.

The only flaw is that the house is not ventilated and it would be ideal to put two air conditioners.
