The structure is a typical slice of house '800 completely renovated in 2012.

It's located just a few steps from the monuments and the principal city attractions (Duomo, Battistero, Palazzo della Pilotta, Teatro Farnese, Piazza Garibaldi e sede dell'Università).

The central position allows to gain easily access to the best characteristic restaurants and to enjoy the Italian shopping.

Situated in a limited traffic area, you can take advantage of the near Goito Parking (ca. 300 meters – open 24h) and the main public service vehicles.

The R&B is located 700 meters from the railway station.

B&B very well kept and charming, in the city center but away from the noise. Breakfast was good and plentiful, also with fresh products such as bakery croissants and fresh fruit. Very clean and the owners were very friendly and helpful. They offered to help us decide what to see in the city and which local products to buy. Everything was wonderful! Thank you! We'll be back!

The hosts were very kind. The accommodation was clean and well located in the historic center. Breakfast (cappuccino and a fresh brioche, plus some packaged items) was a bit meager and was eaten with strangers at the same round table. Wonderful location, quiet yet in the center. The hosts are extremely caring and helpful, they drove us to the parking garage, looked for a charging station for the car, and were always there for us. The room is nicely furnished and clean, the breakfast is very Italian (actually only sweet), but shared with the other guests at a large table. Anytime again!

We stayed the weekend of September 21/22. The Bed and Breakfast is located in the center of Parma, in a great location to visit the city! You have many covered parking spaces outside the ZTL area (I recommend the "Repubblica parking" because it's cheaper). The rooms are very nice, tastefully decorated and very clean. The owners are special, extremely helpful, and welcoming. It's hard to find places like this. Breakfast is plentiful and in the refreshment area you have the possibility of having water, coffee, and herbal teas at your pleasure whenever you want. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Opera 11. Super clean and with an unbeatable location, it was perfect for our culinary tours in the region and also convenient for strolling around the city center. I would add more fruits to the breakfast and maybe not so many one-way items on the breakfast. The hosts were hands down the BEST we had in our 10-day Italy vacation, super friendly and at the same time very respectful. Always available for small requests (We locked ourselves out and Fernando came to our rescue). If you are seeking Parma for your travels, this is a winner!

Roberto and Francesca were absolutely lovely and their B&B was perfect for us. The neighborhood was very trendy and so was the decor of our room. We chose the top floor room with a skylight. Roberto was kind enough to pick us up at the parking garage, as most of the streets were blocked off for a holiday. And Francesca was the perfect hostess upon our arrival and departure. Coffee was fabulous but we are not into processed foods for breakfast. Fresh fruit was okay but not enough to tide you over until lunch. The hosts were amazing and very informative about the area of Parma. Went to every place they recommended during our stay. Loved the room and the decor. The bathroom was so huge compared to the other places we stayed during our 5 week European vacation. Roberto and Francesca were very nice people.

A truly delightful bed and breakfast, right in the center but in a very quiet location. Very clean, elegant, and well cared for in every detail. We were greeted very well by Roberto and Francesca who proved to be perfect hosts from the start, meeting us at the bus stop and accommodating our needs for room arrangements. Truly a top-notch welcome. Not to mention the breakfast, with fresh croissants, juices, and yogurt, and cappuccino creamier than that of the bar. I highly recommend it. The next time I come back to Parma, I will stay here.

We stayed in the apartment located in Borgo S. Biagio; tastefully furnished, very clean, if we want to be picky it only lacks a full-length mirror, and an extra light by the bathroom mirror. Very central, good breakfast, kindness and courtesy of the owner who came to pick us up at the parking lot upon arrival and allowed us to leave the luggage on the day of check out, until our departure. The extremely tasteful accommodation has been comfortably renovated (the photos show it) and leaves no wishes unfulfilled. It is located very centrally, the pedestrian zone is just a few meters away, an ideal starting point to explore the city on foot. The structure is located in a quiet alley, but in the historic center. It is perfectly maintained, very clean, designed and furnished with great taste. The rooms are on the first and second floors. The managers are discreet and very friendly, the welcome is perfect and in the kitchen there is always water, fresh fruit, as well as everything necessary for breakfast. In relation to the quality of the structure, I would have been willing to pay even a little more. Excellent, I think you cannot ask for more from a B&B.

A truly clean, elegant, and stylish B&B, right in the center of Parma. Highly recommended. The owners are very good; they advised me on where to buy the best typical products (Parmesan cheese and ham) and where to eat. I will pass on the tip about the restaurant: Osteria dello Zingaro, borgo Del Correggio, 5, 0521 207483.

Very courteous already on the phone during the booking phase. The room was spacious, tastefully furnished. Everything was clean. The owners were very courteous. Every morning for breakfast, the lady brought fresh pastries from the pastry shop. The recommendations on where to eat were also excellent. If you go there, ask them about parking. Fresh fruit and more were available for guests. I would return and recommend it.
