Description

Located on the hills of Cesena, surrounded by nature, with a breathtaking panoramic view, it is ideal for a relaxing break, as well as for excursions to the sea and the mountains of the Apennines. Our hills are highly appreciated by cycling enthusiasts, thanks to the routes suitable for all levels of experience.

The area is tranquil and quiet, but there is no shortage of typical restaurants and the center of Cesena, which deserves cultural and gastronomic visits. From our property, you can admire stunning sunsets. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. Upon request, it is possible to add a single bed in the double bedroom or use the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is equipped with a large panoramic window that will make your stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast is served buffet-style. The apartment is part of a private house but is completely independent, with private access and parking.

Guests will have access to a part of the garden, which is particularly appreciated during the summer for dinners or relaxing aperitifs. In winter, thanks to its privileged location, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

We are sorry, but due to the presence of cats in the garden who do not welcome other animals, we cannot accommodate guests' pets.

The first time I visited this house was during a dinner organized by the group of elderly people who had rented it. I was extremely impressed by the magnificent view and the lush blooming of the broom. Years later, I finally had the opportunity to buy it and move here, to the hill, leaving the center of Cesena. The renovation works were long and never completely finished. However, in recent years, I have had the idea of making it available for rent and sharing it with other people. My son Luca and I deeply love this house, with its tranquility and its splendid green landscape. Here we can admire the wild animals that appear before our eyes and share this territory with us.

Area hills

The residence is located on a hill just 9 km from the center of Cesena. Within a short distance from the residence, you will find the picturesque village of San Carlo, which is rich in shops for grocery shopping, pharmacies, tobacco shops, and delightful restaurants. To get around during your stay, it is necessary to have a car. Unfortunately, the area is not served by public transportation. Fortunately, parking is self-contained and completely free.
