Everything ok. Warm welcome. Very quiet place just a short distance from the center of Forlì. Recommended and for the next exhibition we definitely know where to go.

The place is well-kept and clean. The owners are very helpful and attentive to details. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. If we were to come back to this area, we would like to stay at Casa Arduà.

If you are looking for a quiet place to rest in peace surrounded by greenery, you are in the right place. B&B located in a quiet area a few kilometers from the center of Forlì. Clean, well-kept. The owner is nice, courteous, friendly, and helpful. Always ready to meet the customer's needs.

To manage the B&B Casa Arduà are a "team of strong" Annalisa & Beppe. Welcoming, kind and very helpful but NEVER intrusive. It was like going to visit grandma, I would even say a grandmother with excellent taste! The house is an ancient rural structure skillfully restored by two very young people who, have put time, dedication, attention and above all love into it. Every single corner tells the story of the house, the territory and our beautiful Italy, often, but this is not the case, drowned in trendy reinterpretations that have little of "ours"! The house is indeed furnished with a few pieces, each with its own reason, the 1940s wooden armchairs covered with beautiful fabrics, the lights, all unique pieces, the pre-Montessori primary school desk that is in the living room and the very modern kitchen skillfully matched and framed with original materials of the house, exposed bricks, perfectly recovered light wood ceiling; and then pieces of modern art for connoisseurs like the depictions of two characters from the now historic advertising campaign of the 60-70s for Paulista blend, Lavazza, nostalgic "Carmencita and Caballero": I was almost moved to tears! Clean room and services, fragrant and tidy environments, comfortable beds and abundant breakfast with all kinds of goodies, including homemade cakes and fresh pie, a real delight! Positive judgment on all fronts we highly recommend it and we will not fail to return. Thanks for the welcome guys and good job. I forgot to mention the house puppies, who welcomed us warmly, affectionately and I would say unforgettable.

The structure is really beautiful, renovated with art. The managers and their little friends, dogs and cats, are friendly and hospitable. The location is convenient, away from the center of Forlì, in a pleasant and relaxing countryside setting.

Ci si sente "a casa" dal primo istante. Accoglienza molto cordiale e calorosa, piena disponibilità. Ambiente silenzioso, immerso nel verde, che invita alla tranquillità e al relax di corpo e mente.

Piacevolmente colpita dalla simpatia e dalla cordialità del gestore, dall'unicità degli oggetti abilmente riciclati che arredano con un gusto unico la casa e la meticolosa ristrutturazione di questa villetta poco distante dal centro di Forlì. Anche se piombati all'ultimo minuto al B&B, il gestore ci ha accolto con una disponibilità sorprendente. Un'ottima e abbondante colazione nell'ampia sala dopo un sonno veramente confortevole. Vivamente consigliato.

Bed and Breakfast molto particolare e carino. Gli interni sono arredati con gusto retrò azzeccato. La camera e il bagno erano puliti. Non c'era molto spazio per appoggiare gli abiti e non c'era un armadio. Mi sarei aspettato qualche bagnoschiuma e dello shampoo per la doccia. Per il resto asciugamani, teli bagno e asciugacapelli erano presenti e puliti.
Nel complesso la struttura e la camera sono stati di mio gradimento. Credo che il rapporto qualità\prezzo siano giusti. Sicuramente approfitterò di questa struttura se mi troverò un'altra volta da quelle parti.

Posto incantevole, arredato con gusto dalla proprietaria che è una persona carinissima. Vicino alla struttura ospedaliera e al centro, è un posto perfetto sia per chi ha bisogno di un appoggio a Forlì sia per rilassarsi e godere del terrazzo e dell'ottima colazione al mattino.
Consigliatissimo, ci tornerò sicuramente.

Ottimo b&b, ambiente tranquillo, lontano dal caos della città ma vicinissimo allo stesso tempo. 5 minuti e si è al centro di Forlì. pulito, colazione ottima e abbondante per non parlare della signora ANNALISA, simpaticissima, cordiale, disponibile. Insomma una bella esperienza, sicuramente ci tornerò quando sarò in zona.

A due passi da casa mia tra l'altro, ottimo punto d'appoggio quando risalgo dalle Marche per trovare la mia famiglia. Siamo stati in questo meraviglioso B&B io e la mia fidanzata, per riposarci tre giorni, una meraviglia. Arredamento curato nei dettagli e molto particolare, posto immerso nel verde della campagna forlivese, molto tranquillo, tranquillissimo (praticamente non volava una mosca). Ottimo il terrazzo, per prendere il sole di giorno e per rilassarsi sotto la luna e le stelle di notte. Colazione abbondante e di gran gusto (grazie per i pancake Annalisa). Un bellissimo salottino al piano terra, con Tv, musica e luce soft di sottofondo, che i padroni di casa lasciano accesi tutto il giorno e la sera, ottimo per chi come noi ama leggere. Hanno anche cani e gatti, uno più bello e simpatico dell'altro. E last but not the least la rinomata ospitalità romagnola non mente mai. Annalisa e Beppe, i padroni di casa, sono gentilissimi e molto ospitali. Ci hanno fatto sentire veramente ben accolti. In pratica se non fosse per il cognome diverso sul campanello, è stato come passare tre giorni a casa nostra. A Furlè! Viva la rumagna! Dario e Saviana.

Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa da questo B&B in aperta campagna ma a due passi da Forlì. La struttura è stata ristrutturata splendidamente, con tecniche innovative rispettando comunque l'anima di una casa di campagna. Nota di merito anche per gli arredi. La padrona di casa è fantastica, presente ma mai invadente e soprattutto un 10 e lode alla crostata servita a colazione.

La casa è meravigliosa, l'arredo è studiato fin nei minimi particolari. La struttura è posizionata in campagna dove si può godere di pace e tranquillità pur essendo vicini al centro. I gestori sono molto simpatici. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole trascorrere una notte tranquilla fuori dal caos cittadino ma senza rinunciare alle comodità della città!
