Description
The establishment features recently renovated, spacious, and welcoming rooms that are impeccably clean and designed to ensure maximum privacy for all guests. There is a secure covered parking garage just a short walk from the property.

All the rooms are large and newly updated, equipped with a private bathroom, a 32-inch television, and Wi-Fi internet access.

The B&B is located in the heart of the city, just 150 meters from the train station, and all the main attractions in the center (Via Indipendenza, Piazza Maggiore, Due Torri, University Area) are easily accessible on foot.

It is particularly suitable for those needing to access hospitals; buses and shuttles to the main Rizzoli and S. Orsola institutions (which are just a few minutes away by bus) depart directly from beneath our property.

Conveniently located near various services and well-connected to the airport thanks to a shuttle that leaves just a few meters away.

It is strategically positioned for those needing to go to the exhibition area, located just a few kilometers away, easily reachable with the many buses departing from the train station.

It’s very convenient for accessing services in all directions, and there’s a shuttle service to the airport leaving from just a few meters away. This is perfect for those needing to get to the exhibition area, which is only a few kilometers away and well-connected by the numerous buses that depart from the train station.

Bus connections to the main hospitals, Rizzoli and Sant'Orsola, are available right below our establishment (10 minutes by bus).

Kind and helpful hostess to our requests. Cleaning needs improvement. The chemical toilet flush emits a bad odor in the bathroom. The rooms are spacious but too expensive.

Nice place, near the central station and not far from the center. Hosts were very helpful, quickly answered my questions sent by mail. The room was clean and quite comfortable. I was there only two nights, but can recommend also for a longer stay. Malgorzata from Poland.

I stayed for two nights at this B&B to celebrate my birthday. We were looking for a cozy accommodation located in a convenient area to move around without transportation. Located in a strategic point (2 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the center), it offers everything we needed. Clean, tidy, and bright rooms, nothing out of place. Delightful and helpful staff! A strong point of this B&B is the tranquility that reigns in the structure. Despite the other rooms being occupied, we didn’t hear any noise at all! Recommendation!

We had a great time. The room was big with a double bed and a bunk bed. Very clean and the bathroom also satisfied us. It's very close to the train station and also to Via dell'Indipendenza. Very well soundproofed. Surely if we had to come back to Bologna we would return here. The owner Luca is very helpful and allowed us to leave the suitcase on the day of departure until the afternoon. To recommend.

The room is a good room, located on the fourth floor with an elevator. Check-in was remote, the manager is helpful and we agreed without problems to meet and make the payment. The room has air conditioning, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is very small, without a bidet and very noisy. The area is quiet, near the station and Tanari parking (5 euros per day).

Great room. I didn't quite understand the 'breakfast not included'. However, this was not a problem. I would have liked to meet the owner-manager directly. Only phone contacts. Too bad. This the only 'concern'.

The undisputed convenience of the structure lies in the fact of being a few meters from the station and the modest price. The rooms are essential, discreetly clean, but the big problem is the excrement grinding device (yes, really!) in the bathroom, emitting a sewer stench, as well as being very noisy every time the flush had to be pulled. We didn't understand the point of such a thing! We were disgusted by it. Unfortunately, we didn't see the manager anymore to talk to him about it. Fortunately, the torture only lasted one night. P.S. We didn't receive any payment receipt.

Spacious, bright, new room, quiet area. The bathroom is a bit small, without a bidet, but functional. Finally, I found a comfortable mattress and pillows, essential for me to rest. On the bed, a light and warm duvet (in the last experience in another B&B there were still heavy and ineffective wool blankets). Wi-Fi works as well as the TV. Great location for the train station and also for the city center which I always reached on foot. My stay was extended until 22/12. I really enjoyed it. I hope to find availability for the next time.

The structure is right in front of the station so we who had the concert at unipol found it great as a location. The area is served by bars and restaurants including kebabs if one wants to save money. As soon as we arrived, the manager answered us very kindly, explained the whole route to get to the room. Once upstairs, the cleanliness was excellent, being asthmatic, the rooms are new and clean. The next day the very kind manager also kept our bags and we managed to see Bologna which is worth it!

What can I say, exceptional value for money. Located a stone's throw from the central station and very close to the center. Room more than clean and extremely helpful manager. I will be back for my next need, you can't find better at such a low price!
